My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This is especially great as a first time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming but Ali was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend to anyone currently looking to buy.

3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Pearsons helped me sell my elderly uncle’s bungalow in Romsey when he went to a care home. I was living 2 hours away and they made the whole process so easy for me. They checked the empty house once a week, organised a plumber when there was a leak and organised house clearance and a deep clean before completion. At times I also felt like they were doing the job of our overpriced solicitors! I really cannot recommend them highly enough. A special mention to Karin who was so kind and helpful to me through this whole process.

He kept in regular communication with updates and provided reassurance at each stage. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. They called without leaving a voicemail, including early morning at 8 am on Saturday and again on Monday morning, not helpful whwn i am on holiday. simply to ask whether I wanted to sell my house and look for another property. This felt highly inappropriate.<br><br>Ryan was unhelpful and wouldn’t confirm that my number would be removed from the call list. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.
