Fair but not great communication and engagement during the process. The only two viewings that both led to acceptable offers, only came in the final weeks before we changed agency!

The process of getting to completion took longer than we planned for, but this is more to do with solicitors/management companies not being as thorough as we would have expected.<br><br>Izzy was really good in communicating with us and her professionalism shone through. She always made time for me, when I popped in, so thank you.

He has been incredibly helpful throughout the process of valuing my house, providing me with all the information and advice I needed and taking the time to answer any questions I had. He has been professional, friendly, approachable and supportive from the start, which has made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. 21st May 2026 (23 weeks ago)I couldn’t fault either of the agents that have helped me, Danni was amazing from the get go, at the viewing she made me feel at ease instantly, she listened to my needs and has helped me every step of the way, I couldn’t fault her and I feel it wouldn’t of gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for her, when Danni was unavailable Jess help me who in turn was amazing too, I really appreciate everything that has been done for me and my daughter, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a property to speak to Danni, thank you guys you have been fantastic.

13th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

Took my business elsewhere and Riva lily responded same day!! Definitely not the experience I was expecting from Hampsons
