From taking pictures, putting it on the website and telling me how the buying process was going. Telling me how many people were looking at the property and how many were interested in buying the house. She was really nice and caring about it. She went above and beyond all my expectations. She's a lovely lady.

Moving to a new area can be stressful, but she made everything feel straightforward and was always friendly, patient and quick to help with any questions we had.<br><br>She kept us well informed from the application right through to getting the keys, and has continued to be helpful even after we moved in.<br><br>We’re now happily settled and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From my very first meeting through to accepting an offer, the whole team made what could have been a very stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. A special thank you to Stacey and the rest of the team, including the lovely younger trainee team member, who was also incredibly professional, friendly, and a real credit to the company. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely committed to providing an excellent service. My property was priced appropriately, they kept me informed at every stage, and everything was handled efficiently and smoothly. Their knowledge of the local market gave me real confidence, and I’m delighted with the outcome. Living with disabilities means everyday tasks can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the team were incredibly understanding, patient, and supportive. They took the stress out of the process and always treated me with kindness and respect. That compassionate approach made a genuine difference, and I’ll always be grateful for it. Photos of the property looked amazing. We were out of touch with selling but they were always on hand to explain and keep us right. They offer the full package selling, buying and legal services which saves you having to look elsewhere Thank you

As an over thinker who doesn’t love the moving process, I felt, at times I had to contact them for an update - but to be fair to them, there wasn’t any updates! In hindsight, I think I was pitched a little too high, my decision! Hindsight is a wonderful thing though - my house sold after 41/2 weeks on the market and happy with the overall process and price.

10th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Faultless from start to finish.<br>Michael knows exactly how to sell your house, and who to sell it to.<br>My property didn't even have time to hit the market - a "coming soon" video on social media was all it took, and 2 days later I accepted an offer significantly over home report value.<br>Michael had pre-vetted the buyer so there was no chain and we completed on the date first agreed, with zero hassle.<br>Would I use Montgreenan again? Yes, in a heartbeat.

My brother would like to add he appreciated the efforts that Rico took to keep us informed updated and that if he couldn’t contact us by phone and updated email would arrive.
