Open conversation and current updates ongoing throughout the period my house was on the market. I bought that house from Argyll Eastate Agents, then sold the house nearly seven years later. Their communication is excellent both by phone and email. Photos of the property looked amazing. We were out of touch with selling but they were always on hand to explain and keep us right. As an over thinker who doesn’t love the moving process, I felt, at times I had to contact them for an update - but to be fair to them, there wasn’t any updates! In hindsight, I think I was pitched a little too high, my decision! Hindsight is a wonderful thing though - my house sold after 41/2 weeks on the market and happy with the overall process and price.
