I've been really impressed with the excellent service provided from start to finish. I'd really like to commend Peter Kasicki. One of the best agents I've ever used. He's really responsive and knowledgable. Peter dealt with my sometimes unusual requests speedily, efficiently and will good humour.

20th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)We sold our property with great help from staff @ Winkworths Kingsbury , I liased with Lauren,Shilpa,&Kevin each one of them kept me up to date @all times, they were very professional nothing was too much trouble for them & they went that extra mile , also worked very closely with our solicitor whom was also excellent Manisha Gadhia @ Mills Chody ! She made everything much easier and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Her support and organization really reduced the stress of moving. She is an absolutely amazing and professional person who helped us a lot during our tenancy. We had several issues with our landlord, and Dani handled everything with patience and professionalism. She supported us through the process, solved many of the problems we were facing, and even managed to help us get our deposit back, which we truly appreciate. If it wasn’t for her, we would have faced many more difficulties and honestly I don’t know what we would have done without her help. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out. I’m very grateful for her support and highly recommend this agency because of her.thank you Dani Stagg
5th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

I have had properties vacant for over 6 months in the past, but his ability to never give up is a testament to achieving satisfactory results. I have had a very good experience with them over the past few years for all the services they have rendered to us. I therefore strongly recommend them.

All they want is completion and they will push you so hard it literally can ruin your normal life. And when you get the key after the endless pushing, you will be frustrated with this - a property not accounted for at all, different from what you’ve seen, and of course, this is after completion and they will say this is not their responsibility. This’s totally scam. Avoid unless you want to have bad, pushy and disappointing experiences when you are cheerfully buying your property.

Molly has been super helpful and always quick to respond, which makes such a difference when you’re trying to find a place. Every viewing has been handled professionally, and she’s been really informative throughout. She’s been completely on top of everything and is genuinely doing her best to help us. Couldn’t ask for anyone better to guide us through the process!
