26th Apr 2020 (5 years ago)At first they were really helpful, but after a few weeks we heard nothing from them. They were rarely able to do viewings, so we had to do them ourselves. There was no feedback unless we telephoned them. We were told that a specific person would be dealing with our home, but this person changed 5 times! There seemed to be obvious problems within the staff. We are very disappointed. After the lockdown we shall be changing our agent.

27th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Hard to get hold of estate agent their phone just rang out. If we couldn’t get them then how to purchasers manage? Not timely in feeding back from viewings very poor!
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)I recently bought the house through them, the process was extremely slow, very poor communication, the person who supposed to handover the keys came late and property was in a very bad state as compared to when we viewed. The property company has a very limited knowledge of the missing/damaged items, even the most of the keys were missing. We were told to speak to our solicitor. Very bad experience.
26th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Id give a lower score if I could! Stay well clear! Made an offer on a property for the full asking price after viewing. Was told there were no offers on the table at the time. The agent didn’t even acknowledge the email for 3 days until after id been chasing. Then was told 2 other offers had been made after my offer! As such, increased my offer which again wasn’t acknowledged. 3 weeks later to then be told my offer was not accepted and that the seller has gone with a local person who had more of a deposit than me? Couldn’t get any more local as I currently live within 200 metres of the house in question. Also, a higher deposit than me did not matter as they still needed a mortgage…. More excuses made by Paul saying he didn’t want to start a bidding war! A friend later rang Paul and offered £75k over the asking price and was told no more offers could be made as 3 offers were already on the table. Surely whoever offers the most gets the house??? This just proved it wasn’t a fair contest. Wouldn’t tell me how much the house went for in the end or who’d bought it. Works also started on the house a day after I was told my offer hadn’t been accepted! This was surely an inside job as you cannot buy a house and get all the legalities sorted within a day! Or maybe their offer was accepted 3 weeks before they’d told me I wasn’t accepted you may ask? Don’t sell your house through this joker! There was obviously an insensitive to choose which offer was accepted rather than who offered the most!!! The man’s guilt is written over his face as he likes to hide from myself and family members on the street! If you weren’t guilty, why would you try and hide? Stay clear folks!

10th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Alltwen Tonks people were very good and knowledge The only disappointment were the photographs as several of them were not on the listing. But besides that the property sold within hours of it going live, so full marks to Aaron and Adam.
