Rachel was instrumental in keeping the transaction moving when progress slowed with the seller’s solicitor. Her proactive approach made a real difference. Daniel also stepped in seamlessly to cover while Rachel was on leave, which we really appreciated. Paul handled negotiations professionally and helped both sides reach a fair outcome. Overall, a reliable and proactive team. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish, the team were professional, proactive and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process.<br><br>A special thank you to Victoria, Emily and Alison who were all brilliant to deal with. Their communication was excellent and kept me informed at every stage.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Frost to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We have years of previous experience with other letting agents and I must say that Wendy does stand out for her professional yet friendly approach and how prompt she has been with answering all our enquiries during the letting process. I was very impressed with the politeness and professionalism of the two staff members I spoke to. First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. 11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)The people were professional and friendly all through. We were provided with the relevant information to make our decision and no attempt to force a decision from us. The feeling was definitely different from what you get dealing with other commercially minded agents.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I had absolutely no experience, whatsoever, of moving house, having lived in the same property for 50 plus years, so I was apprehensive about the process, but, I needn't have worried because the whole team at Miles and Bird proved to be not only professional, but very supportive, friendly and reassuring. Aaron was a real star. He went the extra mile to iron out any problems, and was always there for me. He worked tirelessly to secure the sale. So a special thanks to him. He is very good at his job. I would definitely recommend Miles and Bird to anyone who values a caring and personal service. They are a great team.

21st Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Haven’t received any rent as a landlord since December 2025! They refuse to answer the phone, answer emails, answer instagram messages and I am now owed for the outstanding finances. Absolute awful behaviour - do not list your property with them!!!!

They both worked hard to make the process really easy, from the initial viewings through advising on how to handle offers and throughout the sale process were responsive and helpful. We used the integrated solicitor from JNP and I felt this took out a layer of complexity and meant the agent was able to be more involved in supporting the process end to end. A 100% brilliant team.

2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)Moving from a flat to a house was a big jump for us. We had limited time to lock in and secure a property that fit, Charan came through for us. Charan went above and beyond to ensure that we were catered to in every way. From early/late correspondence to continuous updates, creating a great sense of trust and confidence within the process. After renovating the property, should we wish to sell, we would definitely instruct Charan to look after our sale. We would want any potential buyer walking through our doors to have the same experience as we did. We cannot express how great Charan was with us over the past couple of months, and we are not easy customers either.
