They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.

10th Mar 2026 (9 weeks ago)Yesterday we completed the sale of my father's flat thanks to the excellent team at Gibbins Richards' Wellington office. Through no fault of theirs the process took longer than usual but Callum initially - and then Patrick and Deb were extremely professional, patient and incredibly supportive in what was quite a difficult time for us. This is the second time of selling a property through Gibbins Richards and they will always be our first choice in future. Thank you!- 7th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. From start to finish, the process felt personal and professional, and the team at Tiverton Stags were incredibly patient and kind. Lisa was especially excellent at managing the emotional side of the transaction and keeping everything balanced. I can’t recommend Stags highly enough. I was quite nervous at the outset about selling a small residential property, but I would strongly recommend the team for any property sale.
2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)Webbers were incredibly helpful with our house purchase from start to finish. The first house they sent details on was a perfect match to our requirements, and we immediately made an offer "sight unseen" without looking at any other properties. The whole process was more complicated since we were living abroad and had a house to sell, but we were able to move from offer to completion in about 3 months, exchanging contracts after only 2 months. Communication was great every step of the way, despite an 8-hour time difference: we always knew exactly what was going on and were able to contact our agent easily. If I find myself in a position to buy or sell another home, I know exactly where I'm going! Thanks Webbers!

1st May 2026 (8 days ago)They had since September to sell our property, which was first listed at their own valuation. Over the months, they repeatedly advised us to reduce the price, which we did three times. We were out of contract with them from December, but still ended up stuck with them until 1st May. In that time, we had only three viewings, and we believe one of those may not have been genuine. It felt like they were just bringing anyone round to make it look as though they were doing something, including people who had not even sold their own property. They have wasted valuable time when we could have been with a company that actually cared about selling our home. Now that we are going with another estate agent, they want £300 from us after seven months of poor service. Avoid at all costs.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Sarah, Adam and team have recently sold 2 houses for us, one was a nightmare tried exchanging over 4 days, then ended up exchanging and completing on one day, well done guys, highly recommended they talked me through everything and when the chain got complicated on one, Sarah explained it in a email that was easy to understand. You won’t go wrong with them, just don’t use the cheapest solicitor, our solicitor was excellent, others on the chain hmm.

They have communicated well with myself and all other parties. I have always been able to rely on them for accurate market advice and honest assessment.
26th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times. All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.
2nd May 2026 (7 days ago)We asked to take the property at the asking price on Monday for a property, was told to send an email because clearly they couldn’t be bothered to take it over the phone! Email sent Monday and we have not yet to heard (Saturday) Being in the industry this is why we have a bad name and now I know that agents like this is exactly why!!!! Complete joke!! If you’re a landlord with this company how many times have you lost a good tenant because of a lack of care!!??

Then once we view the property and put in an application, they state pets will not be accepted. They must get some form of commission per application…

Throughout this period, Michael Adey and his team were extremely supportive, always willing to negotiate on our behalf, and providing expert advice. The team was always truthful about prices and options and we were immensely impressed with the service. Thoroughly recommended.
