Gemma is really well-informed and up-to-date with current and pending legislation. I would highly recommend her to both landlords and tenants, especially given the increasingly complex landscape that we are all trying to navigate.

10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Yesterday we completed the sale of my father's flat thanks to the excellent team at Gibbins Richards' Wellington office. Through no fault of theirs the process took longer than usual but Callum initially - and then Patrick and Deb were extremely professional, patient and incredibly supportive in what was quite a difficult time for us. This is the second time of selling a property through Gibbins Richards and they will always be our first choice in future. Thank you!
7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

24th Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)Would recommend Zoe/Red Deer without any hesitation whatsoever. A long, awful, drawn out 6 month chain, with solicitors leaving, indemnity insurance issues, cancelled movers and the rest. Despite this Zoe was there to help at every stage. From initial visit we knew we had found the perfect estate agent. Zoe knew the area, respected our cottage, valued well and presented it superbly. 3 other "big name" estate agents valued our property ( 7 miles outside Bridgwater) but had no idea - they valued between £100,000 and £170,000 LESS !....seemed unless they had a street of identical properties to base their valuation on, then they had no clue !..SOLD at virtually asking price to third viewers. Zoe continually went above and beyond, sorting many issues that were not part of her remit but got us over the line a week before Christmas. I WOULD RECOMMEND RED DEER 101% AND FREELY PERMIT ZOE TO PASS ON MY EMAIL SHOULD ANYONE WANT TO VERIFY MY REVIEW.....

While viewing one of their properties, I knew they'd be the team to do it. Special thanks to Sam and Rich, and the whole team over at Rogers, Emma, Ian, everyone. A brilliant Team, and super friendly, even during the stressful bits . Highly and thoroughly recommend if you are selling or buying a home in Frome, or the surrounding areas. Thx for the Google review lesson the other day Rich ????.

At every stage, we’ve been impressed with the blend of confidence, initiative and expertise shown by the team handling our sale and next purchase. Sophie has been a total star - always keeping things moving and keeping us in the loop too. When the inevitable bumps in the road occurred, Sophie went above and beyond to get us back on track. Highly recommend.

She has been incredibly helpful and communicative throughout, always proactive in keeping things moving. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and her support has made what can be a stressful process feel much easier. Professional, knowledgeable, and straight to the point – no waffle, no messing about, just got things done. Exactly what you need when buying a home. She kept everything moving, made the whole process feel far less stressful, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. Always on the ball and clearly knows her stuff. Would 100% recommend Lorraine to anyone.

They have communicated well with myself and all other parties. I have always been able to rely on them for accurate market advice and honest assessment.
26th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)As Palmer Snell is part of a larger network, they had to deal with a central office which delayed thing at times. All the people, i dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. I was a little disappointed with the photography as all the staging was left to me and nothing was arranged to make it look better.
19th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)We just recently moved from Bristol to Cheddar. Laurel & Wylde weren't our estate agents but they were for our purchase. Jane May was excellent from start to finish she kept us updated (not only us the whole chain). I do believe if it wasn't for Jayne the move might not of happened. A massive thank you Jayne. If anyone is looking for help in selling & moving Laurel & Wylde are an absolute must 10 out of 10.
