20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)As a first time solo home buyer Fox and Son's were very supportive right from the first phone call asking about property's, to viewings and the process of buying. They were able to give me update when asked and also would call when I needed info. The only reason I have not given them 5 stars is because the paperwork from my seller was incorrect around council banding and this had not been checked so was advertised wrong, the only constructive advice I could give would be please check this in the future but I also acknowledge I should've checked it too! Thanks to Aimee and Lucy in particular you were both so helpful, I love my new home thanks to you guys!
3rd May 2026 (6 days ago)Had a really good experience with Diamond Estate Agents in Tiverton. Easy to deal with and clear communication throughout. Jane and Mark were especially good at keeping us updated and helping us work through any issues along the way. Will be using them again, and will always value their opinion/thoughts on anything house or market related.
9th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)I have recently contacted Gemma Acreman, Lettings Manager at Holland & Odam, to ask for advice - she is very pleasant, helpful and professional. Gemma is really well-informed and up-to-date with current and pending legislation. I would highly recommend her to both landlords and tenants, especially given the increasingly complex landscape that we are all trying to navigate.

30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)Just enjoyed an amazing 5 nights in the Cotswolds at Waters Edge. Orion Holidays made the experience stress free and made us feel very welcome. Our accommodation was fabulous,clean and had everything we needed for our family gathering, fully equipped kitchen (no air fryer though), towels and bathrobes for the hot tub and even a welcome pack for the dog. The Orion App is excellent and provides you with all the information you need and a 24/7 phone line for any issues or additional requirements. Central to all the attractions with plenty of things within walking distance along the lakes. The decking was over the lake and very peaceful although the occassional low flying aircraft heading for the RAF base was spectacular to watch.

7th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)Extremely knowledgeable, and very pleasant Only negative, was lack of feed back after a viewing Withdrew our property off the market due to slump in the housing market Will put our property back on the market with Charles Dickens when the market picks up- 27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Overall a very good service especially at the beginning when Ben valued the property and supplied all information required to assist us with marketing the property and also later when Laurence became involved and was our main link with relaying information and keeping us updated until the sale was completed. During the middle part of the process there were a number of times that I telephoned the office for updates or information and each time was promised a call back which unfortunately didn’t happen.
14th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Two years ago, when I moved out of one of their houses, I had to pay a special cleaning team to clean the oven. I sent them pictures of how the oven looked before I moved in and how it looks now, 10 times cleaner than it was. I had to pay anyway. I asked for a bill from the cleaning team because I wanted to check if they had robbed me, I'm still waiting for the bill. I do not recommend it.

21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, especially if you are renting through them. I’m really disappointed with my experience. The people I’ve spoken to have always come across as polite and approachable, which made me feel initially reassured. However, that hasn’t been reflected in how my situation has actually been handled. My main issue is with my deposit. It has now been over 2 months, and I am still waiting for a proper response or resolution despite following up multiple times. This has been frustrating and stressful, especially as it feels like there’s a lack of urgency in dealing with something that matters a lot to me. Each time I call, I’m directed to the lettings team, but they often seem unaware of my case or any previous communication, even after I’ve been in touch repeatedly. This shows a clear lack of internal communication and coordination. It’s disappointing because the conversations themselves feel positive, but the follow-through just isn’t there. I was expecting a more efficient and transparent service.
