We also used a company called D C Law in regards to the legal conveyancing which made the sale of our property run smoothly this was recommended to us by Fox and Sons. Five star service from all concerned.

He has constantly been chasing solicitors on both sides. He is a wonderful calm negotiator, during stressful times. From the beginning of first viewing , up until exchanging today , he has been the upmost professional & nothing gas been to much trouble for him . Very rare in this buisness , to find someone with such consideration & empathy. Thankyou . Well done jackson-stops for employing such a great chap.

18th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)My experience as a chain free buyer keen to purchase a property they are marketing; - Agent didn't show up to the first viewing booked, with zero apology for miss communication their end. - Late to subsequential viewing and had to wait to him to faff around getting the keys out of the key box in the pouring rain. - No follow up call after viewings, I had to call them to book in a second viewing after waiting to see if they would call for over a week. - Once sale was agreed, I have contacted them several times to ask questions re the property / sale details and they have ignored all emails. If you would like to sell your house in a timely manor, if at all, I would avoid.

1st May 2026 (8 days ago)The owner Jamie was so rude and arrogant, they didn’t tell the vendors about another offer on their property to which we went and kindly spoke to them and they confirmed they knew nothing about it. He even had the cheek to say well I’ve checked your chain and your buyers buyer isn’t sold and if your estate agent was any good they would check this? I checked this and it turns out it is sold and he got the house wrong. I refuse to buy any house from them to line the pocket of such a rude man

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!
