I have to say over the course of the year we had a very supportive agency especially Angela who always supported us whenever we had any queries. Highly recommended if you are looking to rent in the area.

3rd Feb 2021 (5 years ago)When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours. Do not recommend
17th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)Communication from the agent was poor with no proactive updates even on one occasion after a 2nd viewing. They did little to promote our house without prompting from us.
14th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I can highly recommend the Henry Adams lettings office in Bognor Regis . I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. 22nd Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.

From our initial meeting, Charlie and Chloe were professional, friendly, proactive and incredibly understanding. They kept us updated throughout, responded quickly to queries and were always on hand to help. Their expertise and personal approach gave us great confidence and made what could have been a stressful process so much easier. A huge thank you to Charlie, Chloe and the whole team for going above and beyond. We would highly recommend them. A thoroughly deserved 5 stars!

As a tenant, I understand that a letting agency's primary responsibility is to protect the landlord's interests. However, what stood out to me was that Ben and the team always treated us with respect and genuinely cared about our experience as tenants. They saw us as people, not just occupants. While not every issue could be resolved immediately or exactly as we hoped, they consistently did their best to help, communicate clearly, and find practical solutions. Whenever problems arose, they were responsive, professional, and committed to supporting us throughout our tenancy. Ben is truly exceptional in the property industry. His honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make him stand out in a market where those qualities are not always easy to find. I would highly recommend Clifford Sales & Lettings to both landlords and tenants.

The rental market in Plymouth is moving fast at a relatively stressfull pace but fortunately Atwell-Martin, especially Ms. Bluett helped us out greatly. Their service is professional, calm and thorough even though it is apparent that Atwell-Martin is very busy in itself. They follow through and think with you, informing you if opportunities come up and helping you if required. The only improvement could be that an additional receptionist to answer the phone calls would improve their service! Massive thanks!

Whenever we had any questions or concerns, they always got back to us really quickly. His efficient approach and excellent communication skills were a huge help and it made a very difficult situation much easier to cope with. His intervention at key point of the sale was invaluable in order to keep the process on track. Although I had limited communication with his team they were also very helpful and responsive. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Winkworth Mudeford Estate Agents.
