3rd Mar 2026 (19 days ago)I visited a property this evening listed as “A SPACIOUS ONE BEDROOM FIRST FLOOR SPLIT LEVEL FLAT“, no photos, no floor-plan. I asked for photos and was told “the photographer is on holiday” despite this being an older listing, reduced in price a week ago. When I arrived I was shown to ground level studio, little more than a bed in a kitchenette. I took some photos for them, let’s see if they add to their listing now they have some.

Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.
28th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Just sold my flat through Tate - a great service - David Harbottle was particularly helpful and responsive at all times. I've been a client of Tate for more than fifteen years. I can't fault them. It's a small team but an incredibly responsive and effective one. The firm has been on the ground in Battersea/Nine Elms for more than two decades so they know the area better than any competitor could ever hope to. From a personal perspective Tate understands my property and my priorities more than a larger agency ever could. This gives me peace of mind: I know that my needs and the needs of my tenants will be met promptly at all times. I also know from experience of other agencies in London and elsewhere that they are great value for money. I would heartily recommend Paul and the team.

Edward Ogden was always readily available and responded quickly when there were issues that needed addressing. Very professional. Highly recommend this agency and especially Edward.

They have a very prompt team which helped in ensuring that i have a smooth move. My whole process of move was finished within a week without any delays. I would highly recommend renting from Fisks London :) !!
10th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Really rude scruffy asian woman showed me around a few flats. Looked down on me and acted like a snob, I will be taking my interest in purchasing elsewhere. Do not enquire or deal with Pickwick unless you are keen on being stereotyped. AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you value being treated with dignity.
20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can’t speak highly enough of Albert Grace Estate Agent. The professionalism, knowledge and honesty are very much appreciated and respected. They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Orient Estates rather than a larger agency because of their particular knowledge of the North west London area. The sale process was much longer than anticipated with numerous problems along the way. This was mainly due to issues with house and the would-be buyers rather than the agent. Ryann’s communications throughout was consistently good and he helped overcome each problem and achieve completion at a price that I was happy with.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

We chose Kenyons as we wanted a family run estate agent that cared about finding the right person for our property as opposed to just chasing the commission!<br>Last year we decided to sell our 3 bedroom family home as we were down sizing and we did not hesitate in giving the property to Kenyons. We were constantly updated with viewings and feedback (we didn't have many to be honest) and when an offer was accepted, the sale went through smoothly and quickly.<br>The whole team at Kenyons have gone above and beyond to assist with both our rental and with the recent sale of our property.<br>If you are looking for a highly motivated, caring and professional team, then I highly recommend Kenyons.

20th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
