4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I’m very disappointed with the way your agency has handled my valuation appointment.<br><br>I originally contacted you to arrange a valuation of my flat, and we agreed on a date. On the morning of the appointment, I was contacted and told that the person coming to see the property was sick. I completely understand that these things can happen, so I was happy to rearrange the appointment.<br><br>We then agreed on another date, and once again, on the actual day of the appointment after a week , I was contacted and told that the person was sick again.<br><br>I’m sorry, but at this point I find the situation extremely unprofessional. I specifically changed my day off and made arrangements to be at home on both occasions, only to be cancelled on the day each time.<br><br>I understand that people can become unwell, but cancelling twice on the day of the appointment, after I have rearranged my own schedule to accommodate you, is very disappointing and shows very little consideration for my time.<br><br>Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning the level of professionalism and organisation within your agency.
11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.

She was very cooperative, answered all my questions clearly and always responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Although in the end the property wasn’t quite right for us, my experience with Rhia was excellent. She made the viewing and communication very easy and pleasant. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a helpful and responsive estate agent. Thank you, Rhia! ??????

The team kept in touch regularly, were always available to answer questions, and did a great job chasing slow solicitors to keep things moving.<br><br>A special thank you to Aziza, who was brilliant throughout the whole process. Her communication was excellent, and she kept me updated every step of the way.<br>The purchase felt smooth and stress-free thanks to all their hard work. I'd happily recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property! ??????

Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is.
