11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)I met Deana for the first in 2024. I loved her personality and she clearly knew the area and the home. When the house I really wanted came back on the market - she quickly informed me and I was able to complete on the property. Given my unique circumstances - Deana and the KFH team where on hand to guide the process. It was a great experience

She was very cooperative, answered all my questions clearly and always responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.<br><br>Although in the end the property wasn’t quite right for us, my experience with Rhia was excellent. She made the viewing and communication very easy and pleasant. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a helpful and responsive estate agent. Thank you, Rhia! ??????

10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Bairstow Eves East Croydon, and I would particularly like to thank Rezah, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of securing my new home.<br><br>When I contacted Rezah about a property I was very interested in, he managed to arrange a viewing for me that very same day, within approximately three hours of my call. By the following morning, I had already received confirmation that I had secured the property, along with the links to complete the necessary paperwork.<br><br>Having rented through several agencies before, I was genuinely impressed by how efficient and seamless the entire process was. Everything was handled online through a well-organised system, with clear instructions and no unnecessary duplication of paperwork or repeated requests for the same information. It was easily one of the smoothest and most straightforward rental experiences I've had.<br><br>I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches along the way, including a lovely welcome pack. Shortly after moving in, I was proactively contacted by the property management team, who introduced themselves and explained how to report maintenance issues and what to expect. This level of communication and coordination is something I haven't experienced with other letting agencies, and it made a very positive impression.<br><br>A special thank you to Rezah, whose responsiveness, professionalism and helpful approach made such a difference. Having previously experienced some difficult rental situations, I was honestly dreading the prospect of searching for another home and going through the entire letting process again, particularly while dealing with other changes in my life.
