14th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)A definite 5 star rating from me. In a more challenging property market, Angie and Nick got us live on Rightmove extremely fast (we already had a valid EPC). Within a few days they had qualified 5 interested parties and suggested they arranged back to back viewings on the Saturday. By the following Monday afternoon we had 3 offers and were guided as to which was the most proceedable. We followed their advice and exchanged yesterday!! All through the process they have been incredibly supportive and the communication has been exceptional. A massive thanks from Debs and I

29th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)The only issue we had was the poor service from a 3rd party supplier to arrange for the photographs and floor plan, the latter was consistently wrong and ended with me having to take a floor plan into the office
13th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)This is a terrible agency, and I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I arranged a viewing in NW9 and spoke with one of their agents, Alexandra, who confirmed that I should be at the property at 3:00 PM. I even arrived 10 minutes early. However, despite the rainy weather, no agent showed up. Usually, an agent is there to guide you through the viewing, even if the tenant is still living in the property. Alexandra was completely unprofessional and irresponsible. I waited there until 3:30 PM, trying several times to contact her by message. She told me that the tenant would open the door, but nobody answered. After waiting another 10 minutes in the rain, I still received no help. Alexandra later claimed that the tenant had left, which made the whole situation even more confusing. I travelled all the way from SW18, which took me around 1 hour and 20 minutes each way, so this was a complete waste of my time. To make matters worse, when I called the agency, the lady on the phone was rude and blamed me for being late, even though I had arrived early. In reality, the agent herself failed to show up. In London, transport delays can happen, and professional agencies usually wait at least 10 minutes for clients. Instead, I was treated unfairly and spoken to disrespectfully. I would absolutely not recommend this agency to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, their communication is poor, and they are highly unprofessional. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.<br><br>edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. Still an unethical business that doesn’t seem to care.

Whenever I encounter any kind of problem, I reach out to them, and they always resolve it quickly and efficiently.<br>I am very grateful for all the support they have provided. I have now completed 5 years with this agency and have no intention of leaving anytime soon.<br>I highly recommend PureState to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive agency. Thank you!
21st Feb 2026 (22 weeks ago)Visited Harrods recently and overall it was an okay experience, but not as pleasant as expected. The store itself is beautiful and iconic, with impressive interiors, luxury brands, and a wide variety of products spread across different floors. It definitely feels like a famous London shopping destination and is worth visiting at least once for the experience.<br>However, it was very crowded and at times felt overwhelming, especially in popular sections. Some staff were helpful and professional, but others seemed a bit distant or uninterested, which slightly affected the overall experience.

He was always on top of things, chasing up solicitors and making sure everything ran smoothly. Brian was a pleasure to work with — friendly, professional and so helpful. Highly recommend The Homes Group!
13th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Hathaways took over management of our Oxford property in April this year, and so far have been a breath of fresh air - it's great to be working again with a family concern, and to feel that they care about us and our tenants. The only issue we had was that some documents were rather unclear, but they responded promptly to my feedback and updated the docs to fix this. Service has been friendly and efficient.
31st Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Just a typical estate agent that are nice to you to get you to sign the contract, after that they treat you like they are the ones doing you a favour. Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is. Recommendation = avoid

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.
