Kim Batchelor was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always keeping us informed and going above and beyond to coordinate between all parties. Julie Speller provided excellent advice from the very beginning and helped us understand the process clearly. Rian, the Branch Manager, ensured everything ran smoothly, and Yvonne's administrative support kept things organised and on track. The whole team's professionalism and warmth made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. We would highly recommend Wards to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

22nd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I am a 44 years old an a Gas Safe Engineer. I have been working in maintenance since 1996. Never seen a worse maintenance company than Strettons. I have no words to describe how we the residents of Onslow Parade N14 5JN feel. Come and judge for yourself before considering to buy or rent a property where this company is involved. Now obviously they are going to reply that they do as much as possible etc . Which is rubbish! We are their customer and we are the people entitled to give them a honest good or bad review. Don't listen to they answers

They are professional, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.<br>Their knowledge of the property market and straightforward advice gave me complete confidence every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy
12th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)I viewed the shop and called the office straight away to make an offer. I asked for Lyndsey, but the woman who answered pretended to be her even though she clearly wasn’t. I also emailed my offer the same day but they never confirmed they received it. A few days later I went to the office asking for Lyndsey. Someone interrupted and said they would help instead. They promised to call me back but never did. When I called today they lied saying they had called me yesterday and told me the shop was gone. I don’t know why they treated me this way, but I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional service from any other estate agent.

David and Penny were professional, sensible, calm, patient and above all we always felt they were 100% working for us and in our best interests. Never pushy but also never unrealistic, they were patient with those viewing the property and when it came time to manage the process of the sale David was fantastic, leaving nothing to chance and mediating brilliantly between the parties. David and Penny have forever changed our view of the value a good estate agent can provide.

This is despite following up multiple times everytime someone promised to get back to me they don't, They've wasted so much of my time and resources. Very unprofessional

They are prompt in action, have a BRILLIANT referencing agency & make you feel very comfortable & at ease. I had the pleasure of meeting Nimi & Catriona who are amazing women! Matilda was also so helpful in securing my flat...wish everyone were like them! Keep up the good works! ??????
