2nd May 2026 (12 weeks ago)My mum used Alison at Alexanders to sell her flat in Hendon. She had lost all faith in estate agents based on their poor performance. However, Alison secured a buyer in a relatively short time. Throughout, the negotiations and due diligence period, Alison was responsive, professional, commercial and a delight to work. We would highly recommend both Alison and Alexanders.
6th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Toomey Estate Agents represented the seller and on several occasions refused to contact her because she was abroad - even when the matter was urgent on the day of completion. This made the experience very stressful and we were homeless for one night. Their concern over bothering their client (refusing to even send a text) almost led to the sale falling through

A thoroughly professional estate agent who puts every effort into determining a successful outcome. Highly recommended.

29th May 2025 (1 year ago)We rented a great property through Bennett Mason for over four years. Alex was an excellent agent - always responsive, respectful and straightforward to deal with. Any issues we had were sorted quickly and fairly. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area.
29th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)I am very disappointed with my experience.<br>I visited the office 6 times to speak with the director, arranged a meeting which was cancelled an hour before the appointment, and was repeatedly told that I would receive a call back. Unfortunately, I often had to chase for updates myself.<br>I made it clear by email, phone and in person that I wanted to rent the property. Despite this, I was eventually told that the property had already been let.<br>I understand that the landlord makes the final decision, and I have no issue with that. My disappointment is with the lack of communication and the amount of time I spent waiting for promised callbacks and updates that never came.<br>A simple and honest update would have allowed me to continue my property search sooner. I hope the agency improves its communication with future applicants.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
