Any time an issue came up, they handled it quickly and professionally. I’m genuinely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Simon was very supportive throughout the transaction, liaising effectively with the various solicitors involved and keeping all parties well informed. The Savills "new home owner" pack is a thoughtful gesture and is appreciated.

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Dee was an immense help and was always available to solve issues and queries and I would happily recommend them to all.
23rd Mar 2026 (18 weeks ago)It is rare to find an estate agent that provides a professional service. Ian & Ryan are fair, balanced, landlord and customer focused from a landlord and tenant perspective. Far better than the large faceless chains and online offers.

The sale was not an easy one, numerous challenges and hair pulling moments but Hannah & Oliver were tremendous, didn't miss a beat and at every twist & turn were there, proactive, helpful and communicated very openly and honestly. We would highly recommend Savills to everyone - we just hope our next purchase is with Savills.

Teresa who we dealt with mainly was lovely and very friendly, so helpful and quick to make any repairs and any issues needed within the property. Also got our deposit back within 2/3 weeks of handing back our keys. Happy with the service and outcome of our time we had in one of their rentals.

13th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.

Anne and Jane in the Henfield office were a pleasure to deal with. I cannot praise them highly enough.
2nd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)I was unable to sell my flat for around a year with the mainstream estate agents but on our third attempt we decided to go with Pullen estate agents and sold within 4 weeks. Tom was very helpful and communicative all the way through the selling process whilst also managing our sale on a personal level giving us the attention that we definitely lacked from other providers all for a very reasonable fee. I would 100% recommend using Pullen estate agents to anyone looking to sell their property in a swift and efficient manor. Thanks again Tom!
