7th May 2024 (2 years ago)Rude estate agents who turn their noses up at those on dss, my daughter is getting dss due to having a baby and going back to work part time. Ashame really as I've put into the system, my parents have too and to make a person feel dreadful for claiming something not knowing their background is disgraceful, discriminative and dam right rude. Try talking to the council as they advise to rent privately! Do not use this estate agent as they clearly do not understand the current housing issue or care!
12th Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Excellent quality and reliable service. The manager( sanjeev bansal) is really awsome. We found a good house from him after searching around 20 agencies around for a month. All set for now and we are good to move in today! Thankyou so much sanjeev for your great help!????
1st May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Do not use this agency. I had the worst experience a few years ago when they tried to keep the whole flats deposit and called the police when I tried to talk to them. I took on a case with the London Renters Union against them eventually and managed to settle the dispute through negotiations. Sad to see they are still just as bad! Avoid!
25th Jan 2026 (26 weeks ago)The most unprofessional Estate agents ever. My son purchased a property through these people ( well so he thought) he had his offer accepted which was the highest, he gave his solicitor details,had his mortgage ready, all was fine ( so we thought) We met the executors of the previous owner and was told it had been sold to an equity company at a much lower price. She explained that my son's offer was never shared with her and that she would have accepted it. It is disgusting the way that Julia has treated my son, and strung him along. Best advice is for no one to deal with this unprofessional set up, although I have noticed not many people in Balham sell through them. It only seems to be garages or Du cane court. I will be contacting the estate agents ombudsman about this situation 1st thing. Do not waste time with this outfit. There are some fantastic friendly professional agents in Balham and Tooting Bec. I am shocked that there are still some questionable agents around.

13th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)What a dreadful experience with their lettings team. My daughter went to view a place today and the lady from the agent she met at the property refused to take her (and my wife) around when she asked them onsite when she could move in. This was despite the fact that they had explained her circumstances when my daughter called to make the viewing. As a landlord, I would be shocked if I knew my agent had dealt with a prospective tenant in this way. They'll never get my business nor will we be going back to this agent as a prospective tenant.

Carolyn was quick to answer or return any calls and would email if I was unable to answer! I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you!
2nd Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)Horrific Company! Dealing with this company for over three years was one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I have ever had. From pathological lies and miscommunication to the unprofessional attitude and mishandling of documentation alongside complete lack of respect or courtesy — if I could turn back time, I would have never gotten in touch with them. If you value your privacy and don’t want people entering your home whenever it suits them, stay far away. Their negligence, ongoing arrogance, and blatant disregard for the terms of a legal contract are unacceptable. Carrying out viewings without the legal tenant's consent and entering the property at their own discretion is an absurd! After the end of our tenancy, they made baseless allegations and attempted to claim money for issues that evidently existed prior to our move-in. Though they failed to follow basic industry procedures. Landlords shouldn’t place much trust in them either — their incompetence affects all parties involved.

Great advice, punctual for meetings and great communication throughout. He was always approachable and happy to answer any questions we had, making everything so much easier to understand. His support and communication, made our experience so much better, and we always felt reassured that we were in good hands. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he genuinely went above and beyond for us. We’re so grateful for all his help and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home
