If there is any issues they will look into it and give you their best support. Have rented all my properties only with Select in the past 15 years. 23rd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with the Frost Staines team was very disappointing. There was little to no clear sales strategy, the original valuation proved to be very unrealistic, and communication throughout the process was very poor. As we were not living in the property, it was particularly frustrating that viewings were often not communicated to us in advance. Overall, we felt unsupported and ultimately decided to withdraw.
12th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Not happy at ALL , SAVILLS ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT SELLING A VALUABLE ASSET AT ANY PRICE TO GUARANTEE A COMMISSION . THIS SEEMS COMMON TO MOST SALARIED AGENTS IN 2023, CONSTANTLY CITING NEGATIVE MARKET CONDITIONS INSTEAD OF WORKING HARDER FOR THEIR CLIENTS .

13th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)The agents working on my property were reliable and easy to contact. They gave me weekly updates and did everything they could to advertise the property. They ran the viewings without my input and made it very easy.
13th May 2020 (6 years ago)I really wanted to like the agency. However, having just dealt with some other estate agents I can honestly say that Phillips and CO are very old fashioned and the worst at communication. Let me explain more. TLDR; our purchase fell through after months of discussions. We were initially told by the agent that there is no chain, after weeks of chasing they eventually confirmed that there is a chain - all that needed to happen was a phone call the vendors and some shouting at them. Anyway, We put this hurdle behind us and agreed to wait as the vendor had already found a house. It has been 2-3 months of constant chasing for updates which normally goes like this: 1. I send an email asking for an update 2. A week goes by with no response 3. I call them to find out what is going on 4. They give me an excuse that the vendors aren’t responsive but they are chasing as much as possible 5. They tell me they will call me back once they have spoken with the vendor 6. Another few days...still nothing 7. I call them, raise my tone and again get some stupid response. I fully appreciate that the vendors aren helpful. The issue I have with this estate agent is that they have poor communication skills, no idea on how to manage customer expectations. I have never had to chase an estate agent so much, it’s normally other way around - they chase and you hide! Avoid if possible guys!

My all entire families & friends are very impressed about TPM services and we all personally highly recommend to do your all business with TPM only which has been established for many years. ????????

He knows his subject, he knows his clients and even the bumpiest road becomes a smooth newly laid cycle path with his guidance. I have been renting in London for the past 15 years, and during that time, I’ve dealt with all the massive corporate names—Foxtons, Dexters, Antony Roberts, and Hastings. Without fail, I had a frustrating issue with every single one of them. The typical London renting experience usually involves dealing with agents who are arrogant, pushy, and completely indifferent once they get your money. Websters is the complete antithesis of that. They are, without a doubt, the best estate agency I have ever dealt with. Here is why they completely blow the competition out of the water: Incredibly Prompt & Responsive: You are never left chasing them. They reply quickly, action requests immediately, and actually respect your time. They Genuine Listen: Unlike the big corporate chains that just try to shove any property down your throat to hit a target, Websters listened to my specific needs and actually tried to match them. Flawless Communication: They keep you posted at every single stage of the process. You are never left in the dark wondering what is happening. Polite, Professional, and Caring: The team is genuinely nice. While other agents come across as arrogant and cold, the staff at Websters are deeply caring and human. Whether you are a tenant looking for a stress-free home search or a landlord wanting your property managed by professionals who actually care, I cannot recommend Websters highly enough. They have completely restored my faith in estate agents!

15th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)233 WORTING ROAD. Our interaction with this estate agent has been shocking from start to finish. We viewed this property and gave the offer of the asking price due to the alleged situation of the vendor only for the owner of the estate agent to ring up trying to squeeze more money out of us. After out offer was accepted we then started the normal process to proceed with the sale. We have just gone through the process of employing a level 3 structural surveyor as well as a Structural engineer, The findings had come back with major subsidence to all 4 corners of the property as well major building issues. The property is at best worth around £250k. If you are thinking about dealing with these crooks be very very careful. Feel free to reach out to us for the reports which we happily give out to avoid any one falling foul of these vile people. Best Joe

23rd May 2024 (2 years ago)I would highly recommend Angela Hirst when looking to rent your new home. So professional and such a friendly service. If I had a question I would get a reply quickly and explained well if there was something I didn't understand. The day I got my keys the agent was very thorough with the inventory check of the property and made sure I had everything I needed before she left. 100% would recommend if I know anyone looking to rent.
