19th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Our experience was so bad, the chasing, empty promises that Patrick the owner made, complete lack of honesty and treatment was beyound appalling. Always an excuse.. I can't even put into words how let down and completely shocked we have been at the treatment from this man.
7th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Assume they are out of business. Nobody answers the phone, all numbers transfer to a mailbox which is full so cannot leave a message. Properties for rent are still live on RightMove. Probably best to avoid!!!
25th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Me and my flatmate had the worst experience with one of marble properties agents- Shabs. Both of us needed to follow up with him relentlessly to get anything he’d request/demand over the phone in writing. Often, he’d forget what he’d told us previously/ use the fact he communicated primarily through phone call to disregard what he’d told us, creating a lot of unnecessary confusion and anxiety. One of the most unprofessional and immature people I’ve ever interacted with.

She kept everything clear, responded quickly and made the whole process feel smooth and well handled. I really appreciated her support and would happily recommend Ashdown Marks.

6th Feb 2026 (24 weeks ago)Went to view the property, and then all of a sudden, the agent will not respond or communicate with you. Be careful when looking for an agent; Reading the comments and reviews here, this agent seems to have a pattern.

My son offered in January 2025 with the hope of completing before the increase in stamp duty. It was a tall order! But Jay kept everyone informed about the negotiations, pushed where he needed to push. Always available at the end of the phone. Perfect. Thank you!!

17th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)Great at obtaining tenants quickly. But unfortunately the experience with the tenant was horrendous. Tenants were found but I doubt much was looked into in their background. And on to checkout, tenanr damaged pretty much the property and nothing was done. So overall not happy with both tenant and agent.

27th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)Naz has been amazing. We found ourselves being evicted by our landlord as he wanted to sell his property, I am 9 months pregnant. Naz made sure that we were in the property and that everything was sped up, so that the transition was smooth and that I was comfortable ready to give birth. I cannot thank her enough for doing this for us so quickly. Normal businesses close at 5pm, She was still texting us at 9pm to make sure that we were happy. Amazing service from an honest family business x
