24th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)They took money to rent the house and didnd give You at the end of Your contract. When is free letting. Raj there guy has seem very very unfair did not repair or check tab leaking, wardrobs kitchen floors. He lives in near by.
27th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Sanj at Avenues was professional, timely, knowledgable & attentive to the market. He went above and beyond at no extra charge. We were living abroad when selling and he kept an eye on the property for us to cover our insurance requirements and responded positively to other requests we made. He was very quick to respond to emails and follow up queries or chase solicitors for us. He helped us achieve the price we were looking for very quickly, and guided us through the process seamlessly. Fabulous service all round.

12th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Truly awful service. Had the property on the market for a few months, only managed to get to speak to someone once. Chased and spoken to reception over 5 times, agent never calls back. We have since re let the flat with someone else and someone has moved in. As Satchells don’t answer the phone it’s still on Rightmove for sale. Would avoid and use anyone else

Highly professional, extremely efficient and always exceptionally good at keeping us updated with any necessary information. They are both so easy to approach and were able to help with any issues speedily and efficiently. Extremely grateful for all their assistance over the 10 years we have known them.
