11th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)I cannot speak highly enough of the Team at Browne Estates, particularly Ian and Jo. They recently sold my flat in Bromley. Communication was really good, I was kept up to date on the progress and they went above and beyond in regards to assisting with issues, questions and communication between myself and the buyer. My solicitor was dragging their heals so really appreciate everything they did to get the sale over the line.

She often went the extra mile, even working after hours to make sure everything stayed on track. Her communication was always clear, and she managed our expectations with honesty and professionalism. We really appreciated her patience and persistence, and how she kept the process moving even when things were uncertain. Thank you, Christina, for all your hard work and care it really made a difference.
4th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I strongly advise against renting from this letting agency. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional and unpleasant company. They were inconsiderate and rude, failed to return my full deposit even though the property was left immaculate, and repeatedly showed up at the flat unannounced. It was an extremely negative experience from start to finish.

They helped me secure a property that was genuinely the best option I came across after three weeks of active searching, and the whole process with them was smooth, efficient, and properly handled from start to finish. They were quick to respond, communication was excellent, and everything was done by the book, which gave me real peace of mind. I also felt genuinely cared for as a tenant, which is rare with letting agencies. When my life plans changed, they were understanding and made what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and manageable. I am really grateful for their support and would happily recommend them and the agency they work for!

We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. 24th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)ABSOLUTELY AVOID: A Nightmare Letting Experience Focused on Scams This agency is, without question, the worst I have ever dealt with and should be avoided by any tenant who values their rights and their deposit. For two years, we tolerated poor service, including numerous unresolved maintenance issues. The real problems began when they attempted a massive rent hike, only to backtrack when we chose to leave—a clear failed attempt to squeeze extra money from long-term tenants. During our exit, they demonstrated a complete disregard for us, pushing for aggressive, last-minute viewings, including on weekends. When we left the property four days early to accommodate their viewing schedule, they repaid our good faith by charging us for those four days and offering zero thanks. The true nightmare, however, was the deposit return process, which took a full, miserable month. They relentlessly and fraudulently tried to find excuses to retain funds. They completely ignored the official check-out report stating the property suffered only fair wear and tear. They repeatedly changed their story on which room was damaged and, most outrageously, tried to charge us for a full repaint that they had already promised prospective new tenants would be covered by the landlord. This appalling conduct resulted in an unjust deduction of £300. Be warned: this agency will always prioritize the landlord, and they will absolutely attempt to scam you out of your deposit with false claims and continuous deceit. Save yourself the stress and find another company.
