They have done a truly professional job, and the flat has been tenanted for almost 100% of the time. Our contacts at Obbard have been consistently professional, friendly, and easy to reach. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance in the property market.
8th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)We should of said this last year sorry , as it was not easy selling at that time ,but Paul was superb from start to finish, thank you and he sold my sons place and father in law bungalow few years before , I highly recommend Paul ( James Ramsey )
25th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Flat wasn't clean on move - in date. Hairs in the sink, used cotton buds on the floor, and someone's filthy bed sheets still on a bed. Total disregard for tenants as we were told this is rentable condition. Bedroom 2: broken bed slats with another filthy mattress on top is in rentable condition according to the management at everstar properties. We were told the flat would be fully painted and someone just came around with a paint brush to touch up some marks. A totally unacceptable rental experience. We now have to wait a week for beds promised to be delivered on the move - in date of 03/12. No offer of compensation given for the inconvenience and broken promises. Not even an apology. We were treated as if we were stupid. No one should have to live in filth

14th Feb 2026 (23 weeks ago)I have been a tenant for almost 7 years in one of their rental properties in Harold Hill. I have never had a problem with them. They have responded quickly and very professionally to any problems I have had. I expect, or hope to carry on living here indefinitely?
31st Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We have just completed our house sale through Robsons and are very pleased with the outcome. All the team at Robsons have been fully committed from the beginning. We must say a special thank you to the sales progression team who went the extra mile and pushed the sale along, especially in those moments when it looked like things were slowing down. A few judicious emails and phone calls soon had things back on track. We would certainly recommend Robsons

14th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold. I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed. However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.
16th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Norgans have great knowledge of the Hitchin property market and whilst their valuation was markedly different from the other agents we approached , their valuation proved to be far more realistic . Excellent communication throughout the process despite deteriorating market conditions and a house close to the railway line that put off several viewers
29th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I have been renting a property managed by Howard Baker Estates for three years. The property was presented really well and maintained periodically by them. Really impressed with their professionalism in handling things right from renting, maintenance, periodic checks etc. Sam and Team does a great job in managing all these aspects. Renters can feel relaxed if they get such expert property managers. I recommend Howard Baker Estates due to the quality of their properties.
