24th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Similar to another review reference letting a property, they were only interested in getting their money. They allowed our tenants to leave early and refused to cover any shortfall due to their “miscommunication”. Tried to bring my family members private affairs into the situation as a way of blackmail. I am currently perusing lost earnings and blackmail complaints through the property ombudsman. Shocking.

Communication was always quick and professional, and they genuinely tried to help whenever we had questions or needed support. Made the whole process much smoother and less stressful. 16th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be. I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.
