The phone alway gets answered and any questions I have always get done. I also recommend my friend to this company and she is still thanking me. Amazing thank you for all your hard work.
9th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)I had a viewing arranged for today and after 10 minutes waiting at the property I decided to call the agency, I was told to give them a moment to call me back, after couple of minutes one of the agents told me the property was not available anymore and they just forgot to cancel the viewing or to mention it in advance. Very unprofessional.

27th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Very poor communication - no feedback received after viewings, and contact reduced to less than once a month very quickly. Property not sold, taken off the market.
14th Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)We have just sold a small holding through Simmons and sons for my dad down sizing. It was a complicated sale with lots of contributing factors, and stress! Made so much smoother by the care shown to us from the agency, of note Antonia. What a gem she is. Thanks again to her and the others, would recommend!

1st Jul 2026 (17 days ago)We were on the market for 16 weeks with another agent. Moved over to Newberry Tully and we were not disappointed. Great photos taken, communication was on point and we got what t was valued at. Just a decent estate agent with no silly gimmicks. Highly recommend

But he kept the lines of communication open and was always on hand with both advice and help. We would highly recommend Phillip and the team at Strutt and Parker

He went above and beyond to address any specific questions I had for the landlord and ensured I got into the property on time when refurbishment threatened a delay. Highly recommended - a nice guy who goes the extra mile for his clients.

17th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)We changed to Kingsley Estates after our original sale fell through. Jack from Kingsley Estates is a real breath of fresh air. He organised an open house for potential purchasers within days of instruction and generated loads of interest. He kept us informed every step of the way and provided us with valuable advice and guidance when we needed it. He is also very competitively priced, so we save money too! We are now looking to exchange contracts within the next week and are looking forward to moving into our new home. I would not hesitate to recommend Jack & Kingsley Estates if you are looking to sell your house.
