22nd Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Terrible experience with Olav and Edwards Estate Agents and I would discourage from using their services. I had a viewing of a property with Olav and put an offer for the asking price on 11/11/24. After 3 days waiting, contacted Olav again, who mentioned that landlady was busy due to her work and he asked to put in an email the issues I identified and requesting as part of the offer (minor decoration issues, change broken sink, property deep clean and removing the mattress and we would take our own). Just after 7 minutes, Olav replied "Just heard back from the Landlord that she cannot move the bed". Nothing regarding the offer or any of the other issues mentioned. Following week, after not hearing anything from Olav, I contacted him again to know if there was any update. He got very distressed with me calling again and at the end of the conversation he said, literally, "do not contact me again until I heard back from the landlady". Up to today I have not heard back from Olav to apologize or give any update.

14th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Throughout my 2.5 year tenancy I was so glad to have Dawn and Gabriella as property manager. Their responsiveness and professionalism were really great. They directly helped with every little issues and made me feel comfortable from the beginning when I moved in from abroad, through lockdown until checkout. I cannot recommend them enough!
19th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Would highly recommend they are really quick, knowledgeable and professional and friendly and they really know their stuff and have so much knowledge of the local area. They advertised our flat for the right price and were so quick to sort out viewings.

6th Jan 2020 (6 years ago)We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Glenn Flegg, and in particular, Luke when they sold my 96 year old Grandfather's home. Not only were they very sensitive to his needs and the challenges of moving home after 60 years, they were also patient in dealing with both my mum and I (especially when calls with me also involved me trying to keep two toddlers quiet at the same time). We were happy with the guidance they provided, the sale price achieved and the process of organising the bookings which minimised the upheaval and effort involved for my granddad, and kept my mum and I informed.
27th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Mr Tony Bunce was helpful with his advice on selling my parents home. From the 6 Estate Agents I met with he was by the far the most knowegable regarding the market conditions in the Area. His assessment was good and we now look forward to completion of the Sale process.
7th Jan 2016 (10 years ago)'Nick and I have done a number of deals together over the years in NW1/W1/Marylebone/Mayfair, in particular where I have valued properties for clients and informed Nick, after which he would immediately bring a client, before the property is advertised on the open market, who would transact on the property as Nick knew it was exactly what his client was looking for. Quality properties in sought after addresses priced correctly are very hard to come by. Sometimes deals have been complicated and Nick has overcome the obstacles and successfully pushed the deals through for his clients. She really is a lovely person and very kind while also being 100% professional and totally proactive which is vital to see everything through to completion. Throughout the entire process Kate was the only agent who regularly kept in touch with the whole chain, holding all the different threads together when everything seemed to be at a standstill. Then my friend had the good fortune to find a house that was about to be marketed by Kate. My friend had the bright idea to contact Kate to let her know the sort of house they were looking for, and by an incredible stroke of luck she had exactly the right house just about to come on to the market. From then on everything went smoothly for my friend, with Kate actively keeping in touch and lifting spirits during what could have been an incredibly stressful time.
