No matter what information we needed she would always come back to us within a very short space of time and if she didn’t know the answer she would put us in touch with someone who could.<br>Kandi was always efficient, friendly and reliable and was a great help in getting us to understand and complete the paperwork.

The reason for our choice was, in large part, because, on Luke's first visit, he had clearly researched the property in advance, and then gave both a quantitative and qualitative basis for his recommended asking price.<br>Throughout the sale process, Luke and his colleagues were very supportive. They kept me informed of progress, liaised with my conveyancer and were responsive and helpful whenever I had any questions.- 14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)We were absolutely delighted with the service from the team at Marchand Petit Salcombe, while selling our father’s property as his attorneys. From our initial meeting, Charlie and Chloe were professional, friendly, proactive and incredibly understanding. Their expertise and personal approach gave us great confidence and made what could have been a stressful process so much easier. We went through the disappointment of waiting then losing a property and thought we may end up returning to the Midlands. The team in Dartmouth continued to suggest properties which may have worked for us and were always available for 2nd and 3rd viewings, with a smile. We finally found the property that was worth the wait and managed to complete in 7 weeks. The whole Team were really supportive and responsive but a special mention to Oscar & Michele (now retired). Couldn't have got to where we are without you. Big Thankyou

16th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Our experience with this estate agent was extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication started off well, but the level of service quickly fell below our expectations. We were shocked to discover that the asking price of our property had been reduced without our knowledge or consent. We also felt there was very little proactive follow up with viewers who had shown genuine interest but weren’t quite ready to proceed.<br><br>Sadly, we came away feeling let down by the service and would not choose to use them again.

Her deep market knowledge gave us total confidence, and she made sure we were kept in the loop at every single step. Harriet managed to secure an excellent price for us, but more than that, she made the entire process feel completely seamless and stress-free. We truly couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through this. We highly recommend Harriet and the team!

He has calmly explained the process, given us advice and guidance along the way.<br><br>Moving home can be so stressful, and when things have felt difficult Greg has been a listening ear, providing reassurance and support, even when the issues dont directly relate to our sale.
