8th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)I used Lloyds to sell. When I terminated the contract due to lack of professional conduct (including changing terms of contract without prior agreement) and poor quality service, the owner of the business Patrick French would not leave me alone even 8 months after I terminated the contract. Contacting me unnecessarily to ask who had bought the properties in question despite it having nothing to do with him, helpfully pointing out that he could check land registry to find out who bought from me, threatening to take legal action for defamation if I chose to take my formal complaint to the ombudsman. I wish I'd never met this man - he has caused me no end of stress and caused major delays to me moving house and moving on with my life. Seems very amenable when you do what he wants but as soon as I stopped doing what he wanted, he wouldn't leave you alone. Luckily I found estate agents who did the job properly but only after suffering through what this man put me through for nearly a year.

He achieves this through clear and effective communication and is happy to go the extra mile to answer questions he does not immediately know. I would definitely recommend Pierre to anyone looking to rent in the area. His knowledge of the local area, available properties, and the overall process is second to none!
20th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)In a difficult market for leasehold flats, Felicity J. Lord did a good job of advertising our flat at price point that eventually enabled us to achieve our objective. It was a long process but our agent (Alex Lawrence) helped to keep the chain together and see it through the end.
22nd Apr 2026 (18 days ago)We had a really stressful experience with Mervyn Smith. We know the Ham area well and were shocked from the start due to their dishonesty re aeroplane noise, social housing and traffic congestion. They were very restrictive with property viewing times - telling us we had 10 minutes max, even after we had an offer accepted. They put huge pressure on us in terms of our offer, making us compete really hard and being very relentless - even near completion, they were trying to get us to up our offer by telling us there was someone younger, more ready to move and offering 10k more trying to get the property - something which we found out was 100% fictional. While estate agents have a bad reputation in general, we found Joe took this to an extreme. The entire process was unpleasant and caused enormous, unnecessary anxiety. It turned a simple sale- and what should have been the exciting process - of buying a home into a horrible, exhausting experience. We have dealt with estate agents in other parts of London and not run into any of these issues.

The market isn't great with apartment sales at the moment- I understand that, however other apartments with less bedrooms and not as nice as ours have sold for more than the best offer we got for ours. Disappointing and the £12,000 commission we're going to have to pay is an awful lot for what amounts to 9 viewings and a poor price!

22nd Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Wilfords go above and beyond for property management, undertaking additional unexpected tasks when the delivery company did not deliver the boxes - hence they had to go out and find boxes urgently, and they did all my packing, which the delivery company was supposed to do. Highly recommended and special thanks to Rupert and Henry, who organised everything.
24th Jun 2025 (10 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

He’s professional, sincere, and made sure any concerns we had were sorted out quickly. He’s honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to, which made the whole renting experience really smooth. They are, without doubt, one of the best letting agencies I’ve come across in London in a long time. A special mention goes to Koyer, who truly stood out throughout my stay. He made the entire experience incredibly comfortable — always approachable, responsive at any time of the day, and remarkably efficient at getting things sorted. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely dedicated to making tenants feel at ease, and Koyer is exactly that kind of person. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).
