18th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.

The market isn't great with apartment sales at the moment- I understand that, however other apartments with less bedrooms and not as nice as ours have sold for more than the best offer we got for ours. Disappointing and the £12,000 commission we're going to have to pay is an awful lot for what amounts to 9 viewings and a poor price!

24th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

From the beginning, they were very professional, friendly, and supportive. Whenever any issue appeared, Rameez was always ready to help and made sure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. Thanks to their effort and dedication, the whole process went perfectly, and we felt well taken care of at every step. I highly recommend Century 21 Barking & Dagenham to anyone looking to rent a property their service and customer care are truly outstanding.

When, on our final inspection before completion, we found ourselves locked out of the property, Jaspal solved the issue by contacting previous tenants for information, having essential items to open the lock delivered and finally gaining access. All this without having eaten for 24 hours! Full marks to Jaspal for problem-solving and tenacity!
10th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

His local market knowledge is excellent, and he has a great eye for spotting a home’s potential, which has helped my clients make clearer, more confident decisions. Highly recommended.
4th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

As a Landlord, they were willing to inspect, appraise and market 2 of my properties that were outside their core area of Fulham, and were still able to screen suitable applicants and sign them up to rent our properties quicker than any agent we have worked with over the last 22 years. From dealing with repairs at the property, to liaising with tenants, to ensuring all the checks are in place, the support from Grace and also Charlie IG were first class. They have collected rent on time and paid promptly into our accounts - and always with a sense of humour and incredible speed. Thank you Beaufort Green for an excellent service. We will only use you to sell or rent properties in London from now on.
