23rd Sep 2022 (3 years ago)A window in the flat broke in November, almost a year later and we find out from the tenant that they haven't fixed it. Will not respond to calls or return them. Property managers seem to change every three months and no new manager seems to have any idea of what the previous ones said or did. Avoid.

I noticed Ola treats her tenants very professionally and gives valueable advice to all. I will always use this agency and will recommend highly to all compared to other agencies I have used in the past.

Mike and Martin were always friendly, helpful, on hand and knowledgeable about buying and selling., especially leasehold I really couldn't have done it without them...they come very highly recommended and I will be giving others their details

10th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I've been letting my flat through Comber for more than 15 years and never been anything other than fully satisfied with the service. As well as finding suitable tenants very quickly (I suspect their deep knowledge of the area makes them the go-to agency in Blackheath), they regularly inspect the property to make sure it is being well looked after and are very quick to let me know if they are made aware of any problems between inspections so that I can resolve them quickly. They have a small army of trusted contractors for repairs and essential maintenance, which is a great help for me as a landlord and good for the tenants as they know their concerns will be dealt with quickly and thoroughly. It's a very personal service - even the company's founder will often get personally involved - and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy, sell, let or rent in the Blackheath area.

14th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Harmens estate agents was defenetly the best estate agents in my 15 years in uk. I was theirs tenant for 3 years. In this 3 years, I had full support on everything. Like single mother, it s hard to find an agency who trust that you can be in time with all the payments ( even if you can afford it, they think you cannot)Harmens estate agents gave me an agreement like single mother, and more than that,they ve been there for me each time I needed. Always available, always solving quickly any problem appeared. Extremely friendly, professional and helpful each time I ve needed. A big thank you to all the team, a big thank you to Amna.I hope that one day,I will be again in a property managed by you guys. Claudia

Since listing our property in December, we have not had a single viewing in over six months, which raises serious concerns about the level of effort and marketing undertaken. We also requested reasonable support to explore separating the parking space from the apartment sale, in order to align pricing more closely with comparable properties (similar flats without parking are being treated the same by buyers). Despite this, and despite the contract indicating solicitor support, the request was refused. Overall, the service provided has been extremely limited - essentially a few photographs and an online listing - yet the full fee is still being retained. We have seen no evidence of active engagement or effective sales strategy. Would not recommend.
