26th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)This estate agency has been extremely unreliable. After agreeing terms and making arrangements to move in, they pulled out of the contract just two days before our move-in date. This caused huge stress and disruption, especially after time, money, and planning had already gone into the move. Communication was poor and there was no reasonable support or accountability for the situation they created. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this agency.
11th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)I arranged a viewing for the second of September and was asked to provide 3 months of bank statements and payslips, which I did straight away. The agent then asked me to pay a deposit, which I also paid. I was told I’d hear back once the landlord confirmed. Days passed with no updates. When I chased, the agent claimed he had emailed me, but no email ever arrived (even though I had received all his previous emails without issue). After further follow-ups, he admitted he may have sent it to the wrong person. Eventually, I was told there were “issues with the landlord” because the previous tenant hadn’t ended their contract and wanted to move back in. The only response offered was to refund my deposit no apology, no accountability, no alternative property. I got my money back, but the complete lack of professionalism and communication wasted 15 days of my time. Terry, if you are reading this, please understand how unacceptable this experience was. Future tenants deserve better than having their time and trust wasted.

24th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)Bought a property over a year ago through Michael Rogers - only recently came to learn of the number of issues with the property that Niall knew about when selling. Very untrustworthy - hiding key information from you and losing all sense of morals just to get a sale through.

I recommend him very highly as is fully informed, thoughtful, considerate and prompt and reliable as well as being a genuinely pleasant professional, and have nothing except parise for him!
