14th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)Disappointed, impossible to get an answer quick enough so keep missing out on properties. Have struggled to find a property in Cardiff and when I do and contact the agents they take too long to answer/will not pass all the details I put forward to the landlords.
18th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)Had a very positive experience using Brinsons to let my property. Megan Cannon and Abigail Bright kept me well informed and answered all my questions of which there were many being a 1st time landlord. They are very knowledgeable and i would recommend them both.

The whole rental process was clear, smooth and handled with great care. Matthew went above and beyond to make everything easy — he explained every step, kept me updated throughout, and made sure the agreement reflected exactly what was discussed. Even after receiving the keys, he acted immediately when I reported small issues and arranged help straight away. It’s rare to find someone so reliable, honest and genuinely supportive. I’m very grateful for his assistance and highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking for a property or working with First4rentals. Excellent service!

29th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)My partner and I had the pleasure of dealing with Swansea Property Agents who helped and supported us securing a 2 bedroom rented property.<br>The process was smooth, the Agents were completely approachable and non judgemental toward my own adverse credit history, thereby having understanding that a difficult history can be circumstantial in regards to that matter.<br>My partner and I were very happy to deal with this buisness and we felt looked after and cared for throughout the application and process.

27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible communication and lack of response from emails, My partner had emailed and phoned numerous times in regards to a property to rent and we were sent a questionnaire. Upon filling out said questionnaire we had no response and nothing since despite us emailing and calling again!. Appalling service overall and would not recommend.

21st Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Cannot praise the team enough! The team are professional, communicate well, friendly and do not make you feel silly for asking question or shund for having a dog. They took the time to get to know situation, me and my dog! I would recommend as a renter and I have recommended to sellers too.

25th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)Nick Director of the estate agent; doesn’t accepted he isn’t perfect unwilling to make any amendments to property brochure, even though they got a legal obligation to describe the property accurately. When questioned over why he’s refusing to say it is porcelain tiles when its ceramic tiles He says its semantics, They are working against sellers by not listing a property accurately and fairly and are working against sellers! Below is screen shot of their response which flat out says no to any amendments. Certainly not worth £4000+vat fixed fee

6th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)I recently completed my purchase and move from England to Wales and wanted to express my gratitude to the team at Fine and Country. Keeley was constantly available and helped me organise multiple visits over the year to different properties and her advice was very much needed. Corrine met me at all the houses and was very knowledgeable about them and the different locations. I visited my dream home 3 times with Corrine who was super friendly and made me feel so comfortable and gave me time in the house. Once agreed that this was my house the team went above and beyond to secure this house for me. Alice was then bought in for my sale and she was exceptional throughout, she stayed in constant touch with me, chased multiple people in the chain, was lightning speed at responding and became my therapist throughout the whole process. Once the purchase was complete and we headed to exchange and completion the real stress began. Alice did everything in her power to ensure my move went as smoothly as it could and even when there was obstacles Alice got me through it. Corrine even went to my house and waited for furniture to be delivered 2 weeks before I moved in and on my moving day Corrine met me with a plate full of lovely cakes and welcomed me to Wales with the biggest hug that I needed. My eternal thanks to this amazing team of women who helped me, listened to me and looked after me for the past year. Alexandra
