14th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)Disappointed, impossible to get an answer quick enough so keep missing out on properties. Have struggled to find a property in Cardiff and when I do and contact the agents they take too long to answer/will not pass all the details I put forward to the landlords.

I dealt mainly with Chloe and she was brilliant at communicating throughout the whole process, always returning calls or emails promptly and giving regularupdates. She actually saved me a big delay, due to my surveyors, by noticing they hadn't been in touch with the vendor after they told we they would be. Overall I would highly recommend.

29th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Me and my housemates had an amazing year with Swansea Property Agents, they let us a student house that was in lovely condition and was more attractive than other student houses we had viewed. Our previous agents were not very responsive or considerate whereas Swansea Property Agents have been consistently.
17th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Great advice from Martin on a commercial property that I own. With the help of Martin I was able to tie my tenants in to a long term lease suited to both of us. Having dealt with commercial estate agents in the past I have never had any sound advice….my opinions have now changed. Thanks again Martin and team. I will definitely be recommending yourself. See you in 10 years for same…bet your glad to see the back of us lol.

4th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I would not hesitate to recommend Thomas Estate Agents. Every member of staff with whom I have had contact has been patient, communicative, friendly, and professional. I know I have a tendency to over communicate and be over eager in terms of looking for information on what I should be doing or updates, and they have always been very understanding - never made me feel like a nuisance! As a person with the sole responsibility of moving with a child, it can be a daunting and stressful experience. Having the right estate agent can significantly lessen that stress and I can say that is the case for Thomas Estate Agents. Thank you! For context, there are houses in my area that have been on the market a long time. Considering this being summer time where things can be a little slower from what I understand, mine was only on the market for around 6 weeks I believe before we had an offer. Up until this point, communication about viewings was great. Peter, who eventually sold my property, has been fantastic! I believe he is new, but you wouldn't know it. Thank you all!
25th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Nick Director of the estate agent; doesn’t accepted he isn’t perfect unwilling to make any amendments to property brochure, even though they got a legal obligation to describe the property accurately. When questioned over why he’s refusing to say it is porcelain tiles when its ceramic tiles He says its semantics, They are working against sellers by not listing a property accurately and fairly and are working against sellers! Below is screen shot of their response which flat out says no to any amendments. Certainly not worth £4000+vat fixed fee

I would recommend Wayman Schwartz to anyone. We dealt with Rachel, and upon meeting her, she immediately stood out from the crowd with her friendly, respectful, honest, and positive personality. She clearly loved her role and it seemed that Rachel was born for working with people and property. Rachel gave us an honest and reasonable estimate of our house and we worked out a very clear plan. Even through a protracted sale, Rachel's excellent Comms and unwaivering commitment kept the sale alive and provided an essential link between all parties to see the sale through.
