After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.
17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)We recently bought a property in Llantwit Major which was marketed through Harris & Birt’s Cowbridge office. The purchase depended on us selling our property which was outside of the immediate area.<br><br>Although we were “Sold Subject to Contract” (STC) our sale took a little longer than we would have like but we have to say that Harris & Birt were excellent. They approached the property vendor on our behalf who agreed to wait until our sale was concluded. Throughout this period, Harris and Birt kept check on our progress in order to update the vendor. They were also very accommodating over the same period when we wanted to return to view the property on numerous occasions prior to completion.<br><br>For these reasons, along with their responsive communication, we would have no hesitation in recommending Harris & Birt.

I’ve been renting homes across Wales for the past four years, and Bay has genuinely been the best.<br><br>Their professionalism really stands out. We’ve always received quick responses to emails, whether it’s regarding repairs or general queries. Their dedicated repairs reporting portal is also something you don’t commonly see with letting agencies, and they’re consistently quick to resolve any issues.<br><br>Special mention to our property manager and the branch manager of Swansea branch Dimitrios Mengoudis- always prompt and professional with any queries and complaints.<br><br>We’ve had a genuinely wonderful experience with Bay Estate Agents and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent a home. They’ve made the whole renting experience straightforward, professional and stress-free.

They were able to reach a large audience. The only thing we would prefer is if they used all online platforms as at the moment they don't seem to use Rightmove.

My house was valued and sold within within 3 weeks. Very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to go with CPS again.

During an interaction on social media, I received comments from her that I found insulting, aggressive and completely unprofessional. At the time, her public profile identified her with this company.<br><br>The situation was made more unpleasant when people personally connected to her also became involved and directed hostile comments towards me.<br><br>Based on my personal experience and the way I was treated, I would not recommend this company.

All agents were highly professional, courteous and respectful of our home. After we sold Mark was invaluable and supported us each step of the way to completion. We can’t thank them enough and if we move again they will be our first point of call.

He was professional, approachable and no question was too much. From start to finish the process was seamless and user friendly. There was nothing hidden everything was clearly communicated with you. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use Andy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to anyone else.

9th Apr 2026 (19 weeks ago)Sold my house with One2One in February 2026. Initial valuation house appointment was fine as was the arrangement of the photographs of the house ready to market. From this point onwards it was all downhill. The expectation from the very start was that we were to show buyers around for viewings despite making it very clear from the outset that we did not want this. Once we made it clear that we wanted the estate agents to manage the viewings, we quickly learnt that their availability was scarce with no capacity for blocking viewings. In my view, it’s a tactic to get you to do your own viewings to save them the hassle and they can cash their part in it. All viewings confirmed by text and an email which was all fine. Once we finally reached a place where One 2 One would agree to block viewings they placed at least seven together on a Saturday which we were pleased with at this stage. On the day of the block viewings, no phone calls or communications from the estate agent beforehand so I didn’t even know the name of who was arriving and the agent had never seen my house before. I had to write out key features of the house for the estate agent. To no surprise they were late for the first viewing and I had to ring the office over and over to find out what was happening. Turns out they had booked viewings at a separate address for another seller before my block viewings. I did accept an offer in the days that followed and couldn’t wait to be done with them. The lady who contacted me towards the end of the sale was lovely and approachable but can’t say the same for any of the female staff members I spoke to throughout. I felt the need to write this review as I wished I went with a more reputable company so I could have received the service that we were looking for. I would advise anyone reading this to avoid this estate agents entirely.
