Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)Williamson & Co Rumney branch were my go to estate agents. Out of 4 different valuations:<br>one was priced ridiculously low, (obviously “A bite your hand off price”)<br>one price was extortionately overboard (not real money and would have lingered on the market)<br>Left in the running were 2 estate agents with a similar authentic house price range. However, after choosing Williamson & Co and through the course of our sale, this all female team of professionals convinced me that I made the right decision.<br>Olivia, a great asset to the company, not only provided the valuation, but highlighted the beauty of my home and kept in contact whenever I had any queries. Abi and Evie set the scene for the 360° virtual tour and even returned on a sunny day to photograph the garden (well impressed with that service). Rebekka in admin was the go to link, rain or shine picking up calls and ensuring that questions were answered in a timely fashion. Lastly, a big shout out to Charlotte in sales progression, who did not miss a box to tick and provided those much needed updates and more. Thank you Williamson & Co for keeping your communication transparent and reliable at all times. I never thought putting our property on the market so close to Christmas would have brought viewings and offers. I promise to call in with a gift or two.

Both Jodie and Sandra have been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Having met Jodie on numerous occasions while viewing a range of properties, I have always found her to be friendly, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her wealth of experience and local knowledge has been invaluable, and she has always been happy to answer any questions and offer honest advice. I am extremely pleased with all the support they have given me whilst searching for a home to rent and feel confident that anyone using Daniel Matthew's services will receive the same high standard of care and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

She dealt with any last-minute issues promptly and provided clear communication throughout. She was also very helpful in clarifying some mixed or inaccurate information that had been provided by the office, where it sometimes felt that information had been sent without being fully checked first.<br><br>Sarah was particularly good at smoothing these issues out and making sure everything was resolved efficiently. Overall, I was very happy with the service she provided and would be happy to deal with her again.

I sent in a few emails to local agents to get some local expert opinions and made a follow-up call to each of the agents to explain the situation.<br><br>Hannah answered the phone, and she was a pleasure to speak with. She was able to pass me on to the branch lister, Kayleigh, who absolutely outdid herself. She was the first agent to respond to my email, and she was able to share some really invaluable information about how I can maximise the value of this property. I am very impressed with the speed and level of service, and I've only exchanged a single email and phone call. 28th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)A superb service from beginning to end. We met Alison from the Sketty Branch at my mum’s house and from the beginning, the personal touch was evident. Professional yet sensitive to our circumstances, Alison was first class. The team at Sketty branch were always contactable and we were kept fully informed throughout. They worked hard in marketing, getting the property listed and online and secured a buyer in no time. What was highly impressive was the sales progression team or should I say Selina.. she was attentive, in communication throughout with me and both solicitors. There is no doubt she secured the final completion in record time and to everyone’s needs. Wow, what a team! Thank you to Alison, the ladies of Sketty Branch and Selina. I had the dream team and would recommend them every time!
22nd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.

He arranged and communicated countless viewings, always keeping me informed and up-to-date with feedback and responses. His professionalism was outstanding, and his communication was consistently excellent. I know I put Dane through his paces, and he earned every penny! What truly set Dane apart was his unique approach. I was genuinely touched by his hand-written letter, a personal touch you rarely see these days. And the tea bag he included?
