Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

They are a fantastic estate agent, very flexible and helpful providing access when needed and really professional managing communication between us and the vendor. The property is an older building and had a few known issues that needed to be resolved before we could apply, and she kept us updated every step of the way. Even though the work took a longer than expected, she made the whole experience smooth by clearly explaining what was happening and what to expect next. Her communication and professionalism has been outstanding.

21st May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I noticed a property for sale but it had sitting tenants. I have fond out the the landlord has supposedly accepted a lower offer. The offer i made was higher than the asking price. Amy (exceptionally rude would not shut up talking over me all the time) I asked had she put the offer to the landlord she said she had spoken to the tenants (what right had she to do that) she also said she had spoken to the landlord and put the higher offer to him (how do I know that she did this) why would a landlord not accept a higher offer of £15000? I know my house is going on the market next week (if the person has only been in the property for 7 years the landlord needs to give 8 weeks notice and he can give as much notice as he wants. The agents will not give the landlord's address but this is available via the land registry service which i shall use to obtain the information this is the only way I can verify if the estate agents have put my offer to the landlord- 28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)A superb service from beginning to end. We met Alison from the Sketty Branch at my mum’s house and from the beginning, the personal touch was evident. Professional yet sensitive to our circumstances, Alison was first class. The team at Sketty branch were always contactable and we were kept fully informed throughout. They worked hard in marketing, getting the property listed and online and secured a buyer in no time. What was highly impressive was the sales progression team or should I say Selina.. she was attentive, in communication throughout with me and both solicitors. There is no doubt she secured the final completion in record time and to everyone’s needs. Wow, what a team! Thank you to Alison, the ladies of Sketty Branch and Selina. I had the dream team and would recommend them every time!
22nd Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)I recently used Osbourne Estate agents as a first time buyer, before the house went through the searches, the survey picked up that the house needed work and therefore could not have a mortgage until the work was completed. I reached out to Osbourne Estate agents to question whether they were aware of the construction the house required and I had no response at all. Complete waste of time.
11th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)I viewed two houses today with Carys and she was honestly fab! She was so warm, friendly and easy to chat to, and made the whole viewing experience feel really relaxed. I’ve viewed a few houses recently and Carys was by far the friendliest and most welcoming. If I were selling a house, I’d definitely want someone like her showing buyers around. Diolch to Carys and the team – looking forward to viewing more properties with you soon!
18th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)After a difficult start to our selling journey with another agent, we found our saving grace with Parkmans, particularly Erin, Claire and Emily. Parkmans are an absolutely amazing team, very thorough, brilliant at communication as provided us feedback after every viewing in a timely manner and kept us updated regarding our sale at every step of the way. Given this was our first sale of a property and didn’t really know what to expect, Erin and Claire talked and supported us through every single step which definitely made the process a lot more reassuring and smoothing. They were also there to listen to our worries and queries which helped eased the stress of selling. They were very kind and understanding which helped as selling can be very stressful! Erin is amazing, extremely professional and knowledgeable of her role. She is also really friendly, proactive and respectful. She definitely made this process a lot smoother and eased a lot of our worries. I would recommend anyone to list their property with Parkmans as they are an extremely hard working team and really try to get you the best for your property.
16th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)This must be worst letting agents in south wales i applied for a property to rent and was sent a link.to.pay holding dyposit i explained it would be done same day but give me until.5pm as im traveling bk to wales from england as i was at relative funeral sadly on my way home throught no fault of mine my mercedes was hit badly on motorway by a drunk driver i was hospitalised for few weeks in bad way i explained to letting agents and they was so rude to me and abusive i even offerd them medical evidance despite this property still availsbile and i have ready funds to rent the property they lied to me and said it was rented for next two years but the house still.remains emty and viewings still.takeing place this agent has in last few days been reported to ombusman for there missconduct towards me and i want make public aware this agent are worst ive ever come accross they lie throught there teath verry dishounest and have no hearts more posts to follow on tick tock and u tube also i was paying 900 that they wanted but in fact the house is only valued by local agents at 675 pcm im single dad recently divorced sleeping on a two seater sofa and am absoultly desprate for a property for me and my daughter this agent needs be ashsmed of them selfs
19th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)The house sale completed, but the experience with the sales progression team was poor. Their communication was aggressive and unhelpful. I eventually had to ask them to stop calling me. The service did not justify the fees charged.

A special mention to our case manager, Lewis Llewellyn. He is always prompt, responsive, and proactive. He helped resolve issues when our solicitors faced problems with the lender, arranging exception handling and ensuring quick disbursement of the loan. Highly professional and efficient.
