She would be so happy. Leese and Nagel were honest, reliable and friendly while never letting their professionalism down. The whole team were superb. Thank you Rob, Louis and Catherine who we had personal dealings with but I have no doubt the rest of the team would be the same. Massive thank you from me, my brother and sister.
6th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)In a calming market, Tom, Jenny and team managed to secure a number of viewings. An excellent offer was secured for my mother's property. The delay in completion was due to a lengthy land registry issue thatvrequired sorting with the deeds. Throughout the process, Jennie and Laura kept me informed of progress. They managed to smooth the waters between solicitors, even though at times the legal process was quite draining, stressful and draining. Many tha ks go Jennie for your patience with me and to Tom for charging upnthe security camera on the outside of the property from time to time. A selling fee well deserved. Well done, team!

2nd May 2025 (1 year ago)I was very pleased with the service provided by my estate agent. Their local market knowledge was excellent, and the valuation of my property proved to be spot on. The advertising was professional, with great photography and well-handled viewings, helping the sale progress smoothly. I felt the service was good value for money, and overall performance was strong throughout. The only reason I haven’t given five stars across the board is due to occasional delays in communication, though when contact was made, the responses were helpful and professional.

6th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I would definitely not recommend Goadsby based on recent experience as a buyer. They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. Avoid at all costs.

We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services. They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. If we were selling (we're not) we would use Peter Clarke.

25th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would like to express my disappointment with the situation regarding the cancellation of our reference by your agency. After Nicola decided to cancel our reference, I was informed that I wouldn't be eligible for a refund of my deposit. The most frustrating part is that she's now disputing this, claiming that we failed the referencing process, despite initially stating that she was cancelling the reference herself. When I pointed out that if she believed we failed referencing, she should refund my money, she became rude and refused, stating she would never give me my money back.
1st May 2026 (10 weeks ago)The owner Jamie was so rude and arrogant, they didn’t tell the vendors about another offer on their property to which we went and kindly spoke to them and they confirmed they knew nothing about it. He even had the cheek to say well I’ve checked your chain and your buyers buyer isn’t sold and if your estate agent was any good they would check this? I checked this and it turns out it is sold and he got the house wrong. I refuse to buy any house from them to line the pocket of such a rude man

They were consistently responsive and professional, and it was a pleasure working with them. I also happen to think they do a great job with the photography and details of the listings that they represent, and as someone on the buy-side I can only say that I was impressed by the quality of the listings they represent.

8th Jun 2026 (4 weeks ago)Very disappointing experience with Rendells Lettings in newton abbot.<br><br>We expressed serious interest in a rental property in early May, provided documents immediately, travelled down from Oxfordshire to see if we could view the house, followed up multiple times by email and phone, and even visited the office in person (told them it was an 8 hour drive for us). After which we got not one call or email from the person who runs the lettings dept. Throughout the process we were repeatedly told that the landlord would “come back with further instructions,” but after more than a month we still received no proper update or clear answer.<br><br>And also they told us that they get so many applications they just don’t care and will not respond to anything. They refuse to do online viewings (which all the other agencies are willing to do), don't respond to applications (after you have filled out given them your life on paper basically). Complete limbo.<br><br>Meanwhile, the property remained advertised online the entire time!<br><br>What made the experience frustrating was not necessarily losing out on the property, but the complete lack of communication and basic courtesy. Calls and emails went unanswered, timelines were unclear, and we were left unable to plan our own housing situation despite explaining that notice had to be given on our current tenancy.<br><br>Other agencies we dealt with in Devon were far more professional, responsive, and respectful.<br><br>Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Rendells Lettings, other agencies in Devon are far far better and I can’t recommend them enough, Rendells lettings in newton abbot was in 25 years of renting through agencies the very worst experience i have ever had, take my advice and don’t do it
