Nancy and Luke have been incredibly helpful, and Nancy in particular was able to utilize her network to find a buyer for my property incredibly quickly. The team go above and beyond to support, providing expert advice, professionalism and market knowledge. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for both buying and selling property.
6th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I would definitely not recommend Goadsby based on recent experience as a buyer. They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. Avoid at all costs.

We were a 2 hour drive from Chipping Campden and the local knowledge and expertise of Ellie and the team were a huge help in finding the right house. They know Chipping Campden inside out and could tell us everything about local facilities and services. They were also brilliant in getting the sale through - getting paperwork, chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving. If we were selling (we're not) we would use Peter Clarke.

I feel they dedicated a very generous amount of time to getting my flat sold and they left no stone unturned in the process. I strongly recommend them.
18th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Like Gloucester city homes they are implementing (VFM) Value for money procedures, meaning all sevices including Maintenance, ASB and other services, have been cut back drastically in the last 10 hrs, this is to gain a high V rating.<br><br>I would advise anyone with issues to collate and photo the problems as evidence, then send it to the REGULATOR OF SOCIAL HOUSING.<br><br>These housing associations are actually breaking the strict rules set by the REGULATOR.

Communication was consistently excellent and I particularly appreciated the prompt feedback after each viewing. This information is surely of great interest to every vendor but my previous experience of other agents has sometimes shown an unacceptable tardiness in passing on this information. James and Stef managed to combine an appropriately personal touch with great professionalism so that I felt well cared for and absolutely confident that they had my best interests at heart throughout. So thank you both - you're doing a great job and I wish you a bright and prosperous future.
