9th Jan 2026 (5 mo. ago)Amazing landlords when they need your money, will tell you want you want to hear but once they have what they need financially they kick you to the kerb.. telling you the property is yours for as long as you want… they giving you a bull story as to why they need the property back… taking you for your full deposit and then re letting the property for a higher price.
1st Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)We hired No9 Windrush, its was stunning! The house was clean, tidy with everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The location was fantastic with use of a kayak and hot tub. Great to celebrate my friends 40th. Would love to stay again.

20th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Hannah arranged viewings of 5 properties back to back as we were doing a 450 mile round trip in one day. Made us feel comfortable viewing all properties, courteous and knowledgable of the area. Look forward to moving to Meva soon
21st Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

16th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)We switched agents to Goodchild after a slow 3 months with another agent. James was confident that he would get our house sold for the full guide price and he delivered. Unfortunately, our sale fell through after a number of months, just before Christmas. We were considering pulling the house from the market but James said he had other buyers and he delivered again. Our house sale completed with the new buyers very quickly and for full guide price. James brings enormous confidence and energy to the sale process. He’s resilient and ultimately delivers on his promises. We really appreciated the approach he took to communicating with us and the support provided by his team. I have already recommended James to neighbours and would trust him again. He’s a great guy who works hard for his clients. Thank you James. J&R.

Renting a new place can be pretty stressful, especially when you’re juggling everything that comes with moving, but he made the whole process feel smooth and manageable. He was always clear, detailed, and patient with every question I had (and I had quite a few!). Nothing ever felt rushed, and he handled everything with real professionalism and calmness, which I really appreciated during such a hectic time. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job and supporting you properly through the process. I’ll definitely be recommending him by word of mouth, but I also felt the company and Kurt deserved proper recognition here. Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Highly recommended.
