7th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)We used the Jackson-Stops team in Shaftesbury to market our house recently and we are so glad we did. Their approach from start to finish was excellent in every way. We were particularly impressed by the care they took over the photographs and presentation of the house, and by the fact that the whole team came to see the house before it was listed, to ensure they all understood the property's features and selling points. The pre-sale advice we received was relevant and helpful. The team achieved a very good sale for us during a difficult market period and helped us negotiate a final price we were more than happy with. Overall we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone with a distinctive property to sell and seeking a first-class estate agent service.

29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Avoid this Lettings agency at all cost, they do not keep up to date with legal requirements for rental properties eg; provision of carbon monoxide alarms etc. Communication extremely poor or non existent. They will not repay your deposit back at the end of the tenancy. Had to get a statutory declaration signed by a local solicitor and sent to the Deposit Protection Scheme in order for the deposit to repaid in full.

28th Feb 2026 (19 weeks ago)The staff in the Clevedon office are fantastic. Friendly, warm and approachable. I found the owners of the company to be rude and ignorant. On two occasions its taken over a week to respond to my emails. You would think as a new office they would do what's needed to stay proactive but this hasn't been my experience.
