As we were moving from Lincolnshire, Brandon went out of his way to support and help us with, not only the purchase but also local information/tradesmen etc. Would have no reservations in recommending Roy Barrett Eastgate agents.

From start to finish, Sophie was absolutely brilliant and made what can often be a stressful process feel seamless and straightforward.<br><br>Sophie was fantastic at communicating, always available at the end of the phone, and happy to answer any questions or provide updates. She was a genuine pleasure to work with, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping everything moving smoothly helped make the entire sale as stress-free as possible.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Butler Sherborn, and Sophie in particular, to anyone looking for a professional, dedicated, and personable agent. 26th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)In their correspondence emails they warn about companies in this field. they say "this is a red flag and would indicate you are NOT dealing with a reputable company! • Drop their offer at the last minute - If a serious structural issue is raised during the survey, this may affect the offer price. However, a genuine home buyer would NEVER try to renegotiate their formal offer based on cosmetic concerns. " This is exactly what they did so this is a red flag and would indicate you are NOT dealing with a reputable company!
23rd Jun 2024 (2 years ago)I was with a different agent for 3 months and made the move, immediately the it was so much better. Hunters gave me a realistic valuation, the pictures and advertising for my property were so much better making the place look great and I had more viewings in the first week compared to the 3 months with the other agent. It only took 7 weeks to find a buyer. They are prompt with communication and have done a great job working with me to sell my property.

28th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)The staff in the Clevedon office are fantastic. Friendly, warm and approachable. I found the owners of the company to be rude and ignorant. On two occasions its taken over a week to respond to my emails. You would think as a new office they would do what's needed to stay proactive but this hasn't been my experience.
