Their personal, attentive service really stood out, and I felt they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. The staff, especially Caroline, Brad and Suzanne, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran well, which I truly appreciated. 7th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)The property was previously on the market with a different estate agent but no offers were received. After switching to Herbert R Thomas, recommended by get agent, there were a number of viewings on the property and an offer made and accepted. Wish we had used get agent sooner as after switching it was sold within 6 weeks after being listed previously for over 15 months.
2nd Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.

They were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and made all costs clear right from the beginning, which I really appreciated. My property was off the market within two weeks of our first meeting, which speaks volumes about their efficiency and expertise. Throughout the process, they were always available whenever I needed them, approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. A perfect balance of friendly and professional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Having dealt with a few agents while looking for property he has been nothing short of fantastic! His levels of communication are exceptional and has an approach which is totally client focussed, prioritising your best intentions and requirements.

1st Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)So far the team at Hern and Crabtree have been excellent. Always ready to answer my questions and reassure me. The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.

He was extremely polite, patient, and professional throughout our conversation. We talked through everything related to my house, and he explained things clearly, answered all my questions thoroughly, and gave me exactly the guidance I needed. I really appreciated how attentive and helpful he was he made the whole process much easier to understand. Would definitely recommend and reach out again if I need more help!
