They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. They listen to what you ask for, they give accurate valuations of your property, and they take great care and attention over how they market your property. David has now become a trusted advisor and we will go back to TPP if we were to ever sell again. Have recommended them to many friends and family.
5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)I have just exchanged on the sale of my house in St Margarets and couldn’t be happier with the service I received from John D Wood.<br>They introduced me to the ideal off-market buyer, meaning I was able to avoid the stress of a full marketing campaign. That said, I was also very impressed by their proposed marketing, brochures and overall approach, which I felt were superior to those offered by other agents I spoke to.<br>Daniel and Jane were both instrumental in getting the exchange over the line within a tight timeframe and were excellent throughout the process.<br>I would happily recommend John D Wood to anyone looking to sell in the area.
