The girls have provided unwavering support throughout and never hesitated to answer any questions or swiftly find the answer for me. I worked with the branches Mortgage Advisor, Alistair, who once again I cannot fault. Alistair was clear and thorough throughout to ensure that I understood all aspects of the process; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Rooks also referred me to 'Premier Property Lawyers' whom I've had a really positive experience with. My overall experience has been so positive and stress-free, what a wonderful team. Thank you!

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)It is not a no sell no fee. Be very careful if you decide to go with them. I talk with richard to begin with them. They strongly recommend me to go sol agency. And told me after 4 months. I will be free to cancel and withdrawal or add multiple agency without extra chargres. I wasnot careful enough to read all the small prints of the contract thinking it will be a standard one. And richard already confirmed and guranteen me on the phone. So i trusted him and took his words for it at that time. Now 4 months later. I was told i need to pay a withdrawal fee for 350 if i want to make any alterations. And the time is indefinite. I feel that they have keep my house in hostage. Where i cant leave unless i pay them to get out of the hook.

It was useful to be able to pop into the shop locally , as by phone there were often other people from other branches answering! - 18th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)From the first phone call to get a valuation, meeting Stuart who was knowledgeable about the area and realistic about the asking price, viewings booked within 24 hours of going on the market with two full asking price offers thereafter. Even when the original sale fell through the girls were upbeat about getting another offer. They weren't wrong. Contact was maintained throughout the whole sale process to completion. Thoroughly recommended!

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
