26th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)An initial great pitch full of the most attractive of promises. The positives stop their from my experience with Corum Clarkston. During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market. The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback. Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.

From the estimation appointment with Angela, the pictures with Joyce and the contact with the amazing staff in the office....it has been stress free. My house sold quickly and we were guided through the process and kept up to date. Our buyer also used Joyce Heeps Homes and I have been updated regarding our chain. I have used previous estate agents in EK and I felt frustrated at times with the lack of contact. This was completely different.
6th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I cannot praise the staff at Rettie, Newton Mearns enough for their support and advice in selling our home. When my husband and I embarked upon this journey, we could not have anticipated the bumps along the way. The experience of Alison and Daniel has really helped us to get to where we are today. Daniel has literally gone above and beyond. We never doubted that he was as invested as us. No request has ever been too great. The professional yet personal approach has made a massive difference during a time of much uncertainty. We cannot recommend them highly enough or thank them enough for their service.
23rd Dec 2024 (1 year ago)I have been a tenant with Northwood for over 20 years,and I cannot thank them enough,anytime I had a problem or repair it was always dealt with quickly and efficiently,they have always been at the other end of the phone if needed,if anyone out there is looking for a flat ,I would guarantee no where better than Northwood Glasgow,many many thanks Isabelle,Keith,Pam,Craig,Kyle,Thomas and all the rest of the staff,thanks again Craig for helping Mark this morning???????????? Liz xx
5th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

We were given great advice and could not be happier with the service and with the communication from the staff as a whole. Dealt with Sandra Burton (solicitor) and the transaction for the house sale went through without any hitches. Would highly recommend dealing with them for your house sale from start to finish.
