My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.
26th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)An initial great pitch full of the most attractive of promises. The positives stop their from my experience with Corum Clarkston. During the sale of my property I was handed off from one staff member to the next. Their poor communication and substandard supply chain meant taking over a week to get on to the market. The team failed to meet a basic accessibility request for a viewer and struggle to get viewers feedback. Do not be lured in by their premium feel, its an illusion, best go for another agent who deliver the exact same service only deliver it better.

From the estimation appointment with Angela, the pictures with Joyce and the contact with the amazing staff in the office....it has been stress free. My house sold quickly and we were guided through the process and kept up to date. Our buyer also used Joyce Heeps Homes and I have been updated regarding our chain. I have used previous estate agents in EK and I felt frustrated at times with the lack of contact. This was completely different.

15th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I own a small flat which is let, and Diane has managed this for a number of years (since before Robinson Moore and CODA merged). If ever there's a problem, she's quick to get in touch to let me know. In some cases a contractor requires to attend and Diane arranges this and any follow up on my behalf. She also keeps on top of the legislation surrounding lets and makes sure the various certifications required are up to date. Obviously there's a cost associated with this level of management, but I live at some distance from the property and knowing that she's there gives me good peace of mind.
18th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)From the first dealings in the Hamilton office of Momo Homes to the conclusion of the sale of our property, all the staff were polite, friendly, courteous and professional in their dealings with us. They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

We were given great advice and could not be happier with the service and with the communication from the staff as a whole. Dealt with Sandra Burton (solicitor) and the transaction for the house sale went through without any hitches. Would highly recommend dealing with them for your house sale from start to finish. From start to finish, the service was excellent, and a special thank you to Robert, who made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier.<br><br>Robert was always friendly, professional and approachable. No question was ever too silly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. He was supportive throughout, kept me informed every step of the way, and genuinely cared about making the whole experience as smooth as possible.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. I never felt like just another client, and there was none of the pompous attitude you can sometimes encounter.
