The Woman we dealt with who we believe is possibly a partner repeatedly didn’t find answers to our questions, it seemed as if it were a constant battle throughout, she also came across false and over the top. As far as the owner of the company goes one meeting was enough for us. Occasionally we spoke with other employees who were always friendly and efficient, shame the same can’t be said for management.

I was kept update to date with all interest in our property, and they provided advice and recommendations without prompting. Homes for You are thoroughly professional and I would recommend without hesitation.

1st Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)From the first phone call with Stephanie, who was a breath of fresh air, to the initial meeting with Emma, who was informative, confidence inspiring and took on board exactly how and what we were looking for, with the sale of our home. O'Malley stood out compared to the other agents that we had seen, and the service has been impeccable. Kept us informed at every step and the house sold within 6 days! Would highly recommend them! The sales progression app, they use, is genius! All round a 1st Class service, but its the staff that made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again Emma!
4th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)Alyson took over selling our house after we had problems with the previous agent. She was recommended to me by a neighbour and it was a difference of night and day! The previous agent hardly contacted us and appeared disinterested in the house, ignored our complaints, was completely unprofessional by bad-mouthing another local agent (in writing!) and tried to talk us into accepting a far lower offer than we wanted. Alyson, on the other hand, is the complete opposite of this agent. She is entirely professional and worked extremely hard. Even when things went a bit off the rails when an offer was withdrawn, she went right back to work and got us the price we were looking for. We were kept informed every step of the way. She was never unreachable. The previous agent may have been cheaper but it showed. You get what you pay for! I have no hesitation in recommending Alyson and Alexander Taylor Estate Agents to everyone who may be planning on selling their house in the future.

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Gregory Henry helped me apply for my first mortgage. Gregory was incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful during this process. He always helped to ease any of my worries I had, as well as answer any questions I had . Greg is incredibly easy to get on with and is always available when you need him. He definitely made my process 110x easier and I'm grateful I had Gregory to guide me through this process! I would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a smooth mortgage process and where the staff are truly catered to helping you as much as they can.

The staff are all fantastic and Karen and Lauren really kept us at ease and were so helpful, fast and understanding when our sale fell through and we needed to put our flat back on the market. We are glad we decided to use Slater Hogg and would definitely use them again.
20th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)I have now worked with Strutt and Parker twice, first when purchasing my home last year and more recently when selling a family property. On both occasions, the team was exceptionally personable, supportive and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond, never making anything feel like too much trouble. Selling the family home was particularly emotional and throughout the process, the team demonstrated genuine kindness and understanding, which made an otherwise difficult experience much more manageable. Every member of the team played a part in the sale. It felt like working with an extension of the family as they all knew who I was and were able to assist promptly and effectively. I wholeheartedly recommend Strutt and Parker to anyone seeking an efficient, effective, supportive and compassionate estate agent in Edinburgh.

Their expertise in the local market was evident, and their marketing strategy showed off the property to its best advantage, while reaching a wide audience. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Aberdein Considine to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.- 2nd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)My husband and I had rented from Property Bureau last year and met Lorna Donald and Yvonne Davies, the lovely ladies who are the faces of Property Bureau in Stirling. They were incredibly helpful and informative and went above and beyond with helping us yanks with local insights. This year they located and helped us buy our home in Stirling. They were extremely patient in explaining the buying process in Scotland which is very different from buying in the States. They helped us every single step of the way with graciousness and humor when we made daily visits to their office. We would highly recommend this branch for all your letting or buying needs.

Thankfully I won't have to as I bought a property but I'd never rent through them again and I'd never recommend them.

4th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Selling our home with NEST in Falkirk was a great experience, we’d gladly recommend them. From the outset, communication was prompt, clear, and consistent, and we were kept well informed throughout the entire process. They were always at hand by phone and email. The local office very useful to be able to pop in when needed. Our first meeting with Lyndsay was for the valuation. It was far more than just putting a price on the property, she took the time to understand our needs and provided thoughtful, informed advice about the process ahead. Her approach struck a balance between profession and a personal touch. Elaine was equally helpful, always quick to respond and offer reassurance when needed. With young children and pets, coordinating viewings could have been challenging, but the team made it easy. They worked with us to create a schedule that suited our routines and always provided plenty of notice. The photos and floorplan were handled by a professional photographer who did an excellent job with both the photography and floorplan. We were very pleased with how the property was presented. Communication was one of the standout aspects of the experience. We received regular updates on viewings, and all materials were reviewed with us first. The team were considerate in choosing how to communicate, using email when appropriate and picking up the phone when needed. They liaised efficiently with all parties involved and helped ensure a smooth process. Most importantly, we felt genuinely supported by a team that listened, guided us thoughtfully, and remained fully engaged from start to finish. No impersonal web portal, just real people, ready to help. The house sold quickly, and we couldn’t be happier with the way NEST handled the sale.
24th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can wholeheartedly recommend the team at Yates Hellier. From the start Ross explained the whole process very clearly and put my mind at ease. I chose Yates Hellier as I was impressed with their promises of a more personal touch than the larger West End estate agents and they did not disappoint. Ross and Lisa were very easy to deal with . They were in constant communication with updates and viewings. The whole process from marketing to viewings went incredibly smoothly. Even when my initial buyer pulled out at the last minute, Ross and Lisa swooped into action and found another buyer in a matter of hours! Ross and Lisa dealt with all aspects of selling my flat and clearly know their stuff. They were highly professional, kept in constant touch and we sold our flat for a price we were delighted with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!- This agent doesn't have any reviews

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

31st Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)We viewed our dream property in July 2025 which was for sale through West Homes, Killearn. After viewing, Roscoe contacted us promptly to find out our opinion of it. We expressed our adoration for the property and from that moment, Roscoe worked his magic made our offer happen! After having our offer accepted, everything moved very quickly and Roscoe came over in the following days to carry out valuation on our current property and organised the media package for photographs to be taken for our advertisement. Roscoe is an expert of the market and provides excellent advise. Our current property became live on the market by the end of the week to which Roscoe and his team Hannah and Felicity worked hard and arranged back-to-back viewings. We accepted an offer which unfortunately fell through a few weeks before completion which put us in a very stressful situation however, Roscoe and his team provided reassurance and at our request put our current property back on the market again - same day and worked endlessly to re-contact previous viewers and new viewers as well as ensuring the sellers of our new property were aware of the situation and assuring them. After what could have been a very stressful few months if it had not been for Roscoe and his team we eventually completed on our sale and purchase in October 2025 and collected our keys which was an extremely happy day! Roscoe even gave us a bottle of prosecco on collection which was a lovely touch. Throughout the process Roscoe and his team provided a very personal and professional service. We would not hesitate in using this estate agents again and would highly recommend them for those who would like an outstanding and professional experience.

She definitely got a fail at the school of charm. Maybe Alan Burke might want to have a chat with how she comes across and it’s definitely not professional by any means! Will be doing my business elsewhere!!
