Lee came out to do the valuation, he was very knowleageable about the property and the area, he gave us excellent advice and we felt confident that Priory could get us the sale. They also did the viewings for us which we appreciated.<br>We soon got a buyer then we dealt with Rachel, she negotiated a excellent price for the property, she was very efficient during the sale and always available to answer any queries and advise us. She took all the stress from us. Tania was always very helpful when I phoned the office. Excellent Team highly reccomend them.
23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a fantastic experience with Austerberry who sold our late aunties house in Longton. Efficient from start, honest pricing and handled the sale very quickly. They also had the key and sorted viewings ... again very strong and reliable. Fully recommend.

10th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

We won't be using keates again.- 18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We used them expecting the full Rolls Royce package. To get an open house to get the people through the door. Sold a high end package with a high end price. Went from Rolls Royce to a Renault sharpish. Photos weren’t loaded and had to ask for them to be loaded. After a few weeks we had to go to the shop as the phones were going unanswered. We had not received reports of how we were doing in the market. Another unticked box. After 12 weeks we raised a complaint as nobody reached out to us. And then promises they would do a video and do more canvassing. We had 10 people who clicked more info to book an appointment. Nobody came through the door. No viewings. No contact. We decided to pull house from market.

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process. Thanks again!
24th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Got my review removed on google because i didn't comment anything which is petty as hell ! so i'll be leaving my comment here with all the legit reviews as they seem to fake and remove any none 5 star reviews from their google account! Leaving a none comment doesnt equal a fake review ( even though my account was anonymous on google doesnt mean its a fake review FYI it was anonymous for reasons i cannot state publicly ) , its weird how im being treated and singled out while literal other reviews have no comments . This further proves to me they are a disguistng company that would only value their customers if you write a 4 or 5 star glowing review. My experience with this company was horrendous , and i continue to experince their horrendous and disguting treatment i will not be using them ever again . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unlesss you want to get treated like utter flith by them!
