4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)William H Brown were great with the moving in process quick & efficient. Pippa is very easy to work with and helpful. On the other hand, moving out was an absolute nightmare!!! We had 0 communication and were receiving arrears emails over 3 times when we had paid due to the internal lack of communication. When you phone each department they have no idea what is going on. It’s so clear that there is no communication throughout the departments. We had a checkout scheduled in and waited at the house for 2 hours. Nobody showed up nor called or emailed us. Thankfully we ended up making contact with an agent called Richard from the Thetford branch, he listened to our frustrations and helped us get in contact with the relevant people. Would not recommend at all!- 14th Mar 2026 (4 days ago)We purchased a house working with Grace from WHB. Despite numerous problems from our buyer and our buyer's buyer, Grace worked hard to keep us up to date with what was going on, liaising with our agent, solicitor and us to try and get things running smoothly. Grace did a great job showing us round, explaining the area (we aren't from Norfolk orignally) and helping us decide if the house was right for us. She wasn't pushy or annoying like some agents we have seen elsewhere and just seemed keen to make sure it was the right place and right decision for us. Thank you Grace, it was a pleasure buying through you.

She was always quick and easy to reach on the phone and responded promptly to any email queries we had. Throughout the process she kept us informed, talked us through each step, and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. We also really appreciated how much of the process could be completed digitally - signing documents and submitting forms online made everything much more convenient. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and efficient, and we’re very grateful for Jevita’s help in securing our new home. Thank you!

The most recent took 3 x monthly £40 (plus VAT) for their new RLP protection in one monthly bill from my 83yr old mother, leaving her unable to cover her care costs. There was one communication (which we cannot locate) that apparently told us to let them know if we DIDN’T want the RLP cover! They went ahead and took the money. When questioned about this practice, the company refused to issue a refund, leaving an old lady out of pocket.

15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I am not one given to writing reviews good or bad, but felt I had to take few moments to express my gratitude to Intercounty Saffron Walden & in particular, Karen Johnson. We had a very bumpy ride with my purchase of a property, but with fantastic communication, professional expediency, coupled with a faith that it would eventually happen, we got there. I cannot thank them enough for their patience. Laura was so easy to chat to, she followed up our enquiry quickly and was really helpful in every way that she could be. Although we didn't buy the property that she showed us. Laura was instrumental in helping us decide on the location that we wanted to continue our search and was one of the few agents that we spoke to that always responded to any query.- 8th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Leaders were very helpful with our move in process and were available when we needed them, a big thank you to Georgia who continues to help as we get settled.

26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)We were initially impressed with the response we received after inviting them to value our property. Once we agreed to market through them, their professionalism shone through - from signing up, the "property for sale" launch, our viewings, our offers and eventually onto the exchange of contracts. All the time the communication was flowing throughout. KPC had set up an informal WhatsApp group for general chats, info exchange and to deal with our questions. Marketing is key, to maximise the chances of a sale on your property in these turbulent times - We certainly made the right choice!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)We sold two homes through Oakheart to move into a property together. We decided to go with them after viewing a property, as they were professional and answered all the questions we had as well as listening to why that house wasn't right for us (and actually turned up unlike other estate agents we had booked viewings with lol). Marcus was great with coming to see us to value the properties and managed to get us viewings before they were even on Rightmove. Both sold in less than 9 days, which was crazy! Throughout the early stages of the selling process, he was great at staying in touch with us as was the office to confirm suitable times for viewings. Once the sales were being progressed, Amy and Indie were also awesome. Amy was fast to respond to queries and kept us updated and was fab at pushing for completion, as well as being reassuring and proactive to prevent the chain from collapsing. Despite it being a complex split chain with some issues arising from my buyers having a few problems with things like surveys being requested last minute by their lenders, and poor communication from the estate agents we are buying from, they did a brill job at managing everything to meet our completion date.
