From the beginning, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency. They were always responsive, approachable, and willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Communication was clear and timely, which made everything run smoothly and stress-free. The entire experience, from arranging viewings to finalising the tenancy, was handled with great care and attention to detail. I particularly appreciated how supportive and organised the team was, ensuring that everything was completed without unnecessary delays. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received especially from harrison. Their professionalism and commitment to providing a good customer experience truly stood out.

She was open about the company’s performance on paper, but it was clear she had joined with real motivation to grow the business — and that really came through. Her attitude, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. She kept us updated throughout and was always on hand to help. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future — the company is very lucky to have her.

She has been absolute brilliant in our search for our new home, always available to answer queries even when they seem trivial, provides quick and clear responses and is so friendly.
2nd May 2026 (6 days ago)We have used Clarke and Simpson a number of times over the decades and they have consistently provided an outstanding customer focused service. I can honestly say that without them, in this case Stuart Clarke, I think we might still be waiting to exchange contracts on our recent purchase.. As someone who has sold and purchased using their services, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are proper old school.

14th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)Regrettably, I feel only able to give ?? for the quality of service received and I’ll explain why. We dealt with Julie regarding a property valuation. She came with particulars of similar properties and expressed why our property could never be placed on the market at a higher pricing point. Whilst welcoming a realistic professional opinion, it was her tone we didn’t care for: impertinent or, to put it another way, ballsy and, quite frankly, overbearing, to the point of rude. It felt like the agenda was set from the moment she set off from base that, by bringing these property particulars, she would control the narrative on pricing point. We didn’t feel treated like individuals, but rather that our property was in a mass of comparables just by her use of other property particulars. Whilst being aware of certain realities, her approach was unnecessary. Interestingly, we invited valuations from other estate agents, which were handled far better in terms of manners, respect and social skills. Before we met the representatives of the other estate agents, we expected more of the same, concerned that what we received from Julie was the industry standard, but this was not the case at all, underlining the manners and social skills disparity. Whilst she might have regarded it as organised and prepared by bringing particulars of other properties to our property valuation, this didn’t reflect positively at all on us. Instead, it appeared rushed than what should have felt much more natural and ease, particularly in a first encounter; prospective clients don’t necessarily want to sign on the dotted line at the first available opportunity. To Julie, sealing a deal might have been transactional (that’s how it appeared to us) but every property has its own life story that means every interaction should be handled sensitively, along with professionalism and common courtesy. Good manners cost nothing, so please take this feedback to Julie in the context of how she made us feel, regardless of whether or not she intended to portray herself in this way. Edit: To the Directors of Iconic Thank you for the response to my review. It was Julie who attended the appointment to value our property and she introduced herself as such. Even if we couldn’t remember her name, her photograph on your website confirms it was her. In the ordinary course of events, I would have welcomed hearing that my feedback is treated constructively, except for the inference that we must somehow be mistaken. This is both disappointing and offensive. There are other estate agents in close proximity of your business. I hope you don’t let it become iconic for all the wrong reasons.

From the very beginning, they were professional, attentive, and clearly committed to achieving the best outcome for us. The valuation process was thorough and well-explained, giving us great confidence in the pricing strategy. We were especially impressed by the extra time and care taken to present our home at its best — the photographs were beautifully done and truly captured all the unique features and details of the property. A special thank you to Blake, who handled the entire process seamlessly. He kept us informed at every step, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Georgia, Darcy and Marcus went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible, especially given the challenging circumstances we were facing with our previous tenancy. They were professional, responsive, kind and genuinely caring — always keeping us informed and making us feel like a priority. Moving home with a young family is stressful at the best of times, but having such a dedicated team behind us made all the difference. We absolutely love our new home and it’s largely thanks to them. They were the only agents not to come across as pushy or 'salesly' during our initial meeting and their valuation was realistic and spot-on what we ended up selling for. Communication was great and their local market knowledge so impressive that they managed to find us a buyer prior to even listing our property.

Linda Jackson, our property manager, has been really responsive and always quick to help sort out any issues we’ve had in a timely and hassle?free manner. We are really happy with our experience so far and would definitely recommend them.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

She went above and beyond to meet everyone's needs in our chain and complete the purchase of our first family home. Especially Scott, he was listening patiently to our concerns and findings solutions with us. They kept us informed all the way through the stressful process and they made one of the most challenging times in our lives as smooth and manageable as possible.
21st Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Bridgefords were recommended by a friend, as they sold her house quickly. Initially we got an amazing introduction, we were impressed by the young man's hard sell if you like. They however, in 6 months got 3 viewers and didnt communicate very well. We had to get another agent who also gave an amazing introduction, but we have had 6 or so viewers with them and they send someone to show the viewers around who has amazing knowledge of the area and house. Not really had a lot of feedback from them really but they do communicate with me at least twice a month. I'm so disappointed as we want to downsize and retire.

She helped me secure a house in less than 2 weeks and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Kelsey was incredibly responsive, communicated exceptionally well, answered every question thoroughly (even the dumb ones), and made sure every need was taken care of from start to finish. Her professionalism and dedication truly stood out to me, and it made me want to go through this particular letting agency. To be quite honest, she deserves a promotion! Highly recommend working with her. 10/10!!!
