20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Don't bother to clean up too much, no matter how hard you try they will still charge you hundreds of pounds. After living at one of their properties for just 6 months, I handed over the house as clean as I got it but they still charged me £560 for deep cleaning. Very disappointed I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!

28th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Our experience trying to sell our property with William H Brown was extremely disappointing and ultimately quite disastrous. Before we signed with them, the team were highly proactive in their communication and sales pitch. We were promised consistent outreach to potential buyers, regular updates, detailed analytics, and valuable insights throughout the sales process. Unfortunately, the reality after signing the contract was completely different. Communication quickly became poor and reactive rather than proactive. We repeatedly found ourselves having to chase the team for updates and manually intervene to ensure viewers were actually being followed up with after property visits. In several cases, it appeared that little-to-no meaningful follow-up had been carried out unless we specifically requested it. There also seemed to be a lack of organisation and visibility around prospective buyers. The team often appeared unsure about where leads were in their decision-making process, whether further conversations had taken place, or what objections buyers may have had. This left us feeling as though there was no clear sales strategy or ownership of the process. Given the fees involved, we expected a far more professional, engaged, and proactive service. Instead, we were left feeling frustrated, unsupported, and lacking confidence that our property sale was being managed effectively. In the end, after a few months with WHB and no real leads for the sale of our house, we ended up going with another local estate agents who sold our house within a month. Overall, we would not recommend William H Brown based on our experience.- 27th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I had a lovely professional viewing with mark and found him very honest and informative<br><br>I had made a mistake with my viewing appointment and was at the property ! Seemed I hadn’t booked it! Mark came straight out to meet me no problem at all !<br>Lovely experience

They have dealt with every issue promptly and professionally, they are supportive not only to the landlord but to all tenants with equal fairness. If you communicate with them properly, pay your rent on time and keep the property in good condition you will find that renting through them was a wise decision. As a former lettings negotiator for several companies I can find no fault with this agent and highly recommend.- 16th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)As we have just now exchanged and completed on our house sale we thought it was high time to leave a review for W H Brown East. In particular we would like to give a special mention to Manager Tanya who has without question simply gone above and beyond. Nothing has ever been to much trouble and she has always kept us updated of where we were at in the process even when the Solicitors at times did not. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator and it is not hard to see why she is the Manager. Tanya truly is a superb Estate Agent and one that we would highly recommend. We would at the same time like to give special mention to her team of Ryan Lilley and Jay. They are always so helpful, professional and positive. Ryan is a very polite and bright young man who will go far we are sure. We would once again thank and praise Tanya and team for all they have done which has enabled us to start a wonderful new chapter in our life. Thank you all and we really are so truly grateful.

She's always been friendly, responsive, and happy to answer any questions, which has made everything so much easier. I'm really happy with the service she's provided, and she's a great representation of the company.

9th May 2026 (8 weeks ago)We were very very disappointed by the firm that Ollie recommended ,it was so bad that after 5 months we were in a situation of not owning my late mums home and had no money transfered so very very annoyed ,disappointed,and angry with Your Move Beccles ...the experience has led us as a large family to avoid using this company again ..also Ive noticed the nice new office near Normanston Drive so someone is making a rather large profit !!!
4th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)What can I say! Ross was amazing with us to buy our 1st home. I can't thank him enough. He was there every step of the way,was always a phone call away. He helped us with all of the paperwork we didn't understand and came to our rented place to go though it all and send it all off for us. This journey has been amazing for us and we couldn't of done any of it without his help. Sorted out mortgage advisor and solicitor for us aswell. I really can't thank him enough for all of his help he has give us on this new start. Many many thanks Ross you are an angel.

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office. Thank you from Graham & babs xxxx

They contacted me to arrange several viewings and confirmed these when made. They have a lot of local info. They sold my house in a fairly short time in my opinion. Overall their service was excellent.
