5th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)If you're selling a house, I can definitely recommend Cheffins. I was undecided on whether to sell or not. It was no problem for Cheffins and Ryan in Sales arranged a valuation visit and discussed the options. Having decided to sell, Cheffins took care of the rest, including keeping an eye on the vacant property for me. It all went as smoothly as possible. If you need an estate agent, give Cheffins a call. Not just sales, they're great for lettings too.

Communication is excellent, I have been kept informed almost daily and all the staff are extemely helpful and efficient. A special mention for Matt who has made the experience of selling my bungalow so far, stress free and supportive.

The manager and her staff team are excellent, always so friendly and approachable. I will certainly be using them when purchasing my next house. What a team.....!!

22nd Oct 2025 (21 weeks ago)I was updated regularly regarding viewings of the property and given feedback after each viewing. Aldreds were very helpful and listened to what I wanted to do as well as advising me.
16th Mar 2026 (3 days ago)Thank you to Nick. We asked for a valuation and Nick was able to do it straight away. Within hours he called us with the valuation explaining exactly why it was that price and then explained the process / options and gave us time to work through the the best route to take. An absolute 5* star service and I would not hesitate to contact them to sell my property. Thank you Nick absolutely great service.
