Rob was always quick to respond, easy to reach by phone or message, and patient in answering every question I had. He was professional, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I would recommend Jackson-Stops!

20th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Terrible experience. The viewing of a £1.5 million home in Burley was handled by a very inexperienced agent, which made the entire process feel awkward and unprofessional. The property itself also appeared significantly overpriced and had clearly been on the market for quite some time.
5th Jan 2026 (18 weeks ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.

The two guys who worked there were dedicated, and if not able to answer the phone immediately would without fail get back to me within the hour. Reliable, dependable and trustworthy. Helpful in so many ways. As a single woman selling a house on my own I really appreciated their non stop yet never intrusive support. From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. Having used another agency for a separate property sale, we can confidently say that Fenn Wright stands out as the best. We would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

From the initial contact, they arranged and carried out all the viewings too, which was an absolute godsend to us! They have always been super quick to respond to any communication and extremely professional while doing so. They were also incredibly understanding, respectful and accommodating of my personal situation. I especially want to call out Bev H who I spoke with the most, she's a real star. Should I decide to rent again in the future or have a property to rent out then Cheffins will be my first choice.
