31st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We can’t thank Hamptons in Dorking enough for selling our mother’s home. What should have been a straightforward sale was tricky with several twists and turns. Annie calmly guided us though several tough decisions based on experience and a feet on the ground, down to earth feel for the market. We’re very happy with the outcome as are our buyers.

Paul and his colleague Victoria were professional courteous and above all else determined to obtain the best price for me. The sale was smooth and Paul and Victoria guided us through the experience with confidence and expertise. They were on the ball and proactive at all times and always available to me on the phone. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Hamptons Esher.

I cannot fault their communication and responsiveness, they also went above and beyond and helped with any questions I had and advice I needed regarding our sale which wasn't even through Richard State. Andrew was lovely in our viewing, gave us great information and answered any questions we had promptly. There was no negative pressure and they helped us get everything over the line as promptly as possible! Rory was also on hand to respond to any questions we had! I would highly recommend them and the amazing team for their clear communication and we overall had a great experience with them!

I highly recommend using them, and if you I need to move again in the future they will be my first port of call. Thanks guys x

10th May 2021 (4 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.

Knowledgeable and just seem like great people there so I’ve been really happy I chose them and would certainly use them again! Kevin, Jo and Caroline do go above and beyond I’d say but as I said before the most important thing when you’re doing something that can be as stressful as this process is having someone who responds and is always there to answer any questions which they always are! Fantastic place!!
